Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Warehouse Associate to join our TEAM! As the Warehouse Associate we need someone who will own a variety of material handling duties such as receiving, loading/unloading material, pull/assemble customers' orders and inventory checks. This position involves daily use of forklift equipment.
Primary Objective
Performs a variety of material handling duties associated with the warehouse.
Major Function and Scope
Performs a variety of warehouse duties such as pull/assemble customer orders, check outbound orders for accuracy/completeness, inventory stock checks, restock and label vendor product, maintain displays (tools, caulk, etc.), move, store, and replenish material, and conduct daily cycle counts.
Performs receiving duties such as receive and unload inbound material, process inbound shipments, stock material, process customer returns and notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
Operates forklift equipment.
Maintains clean and organized facility by sweeping, trash removal, restroom and general office maintenance, etc.
May wait on customers and prepare sales slips.
Maintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules as outlined in the Safety Program and by reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions and acts to Management.
Bending and Lifiting up to 80lbs
Performs other related duties as required.
Experience and Knowledge Required
High School diploma or equivalent experience; Certified Forklift Operator
1+ years previous warehouse experience preferred.

Performs electrical/mechanical duties on machines and equipment needed for production and performs the maintenance and upkeep of all systems within the PRESS department as required.
Examines machines and equipment to diagnose the source of trouble in area of responsibilities
Examines machinery and plant equipment to ensure effective operation, including but not limited to, preventive maintenance, trouble shooting, cleaning and other responsibilities as required by Maintenance Manager, Department Manager or Maintenance Leads.
Dismantles machines and performs repairs.
Makes necessary machine adjustments for proper operation.
Conducts scheduled preventative maintenance procedures.
Performs ELECTRICAL repairs and installations.
Informs manager or lead/s of operational status of equipment and notifies of any problem areas.
Follows ISO operating procedures.
Keeps work area safe, clean and organized.
Performs other related duties as required.
Education and Knowledge: Industrial Maintenance Certification with emphasis on ELECTRICAL, required or equivalent experience in ceramic tile industry.
Experience: 1 -3 years industrial maintenance experience. Industrial ELELECTRICAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED or a certificate of completion for an INDUSTRIAL/ELECTRICAL program from any Community College. Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Ability to test motors and electrical circuits using a voltmeter and amp meter. Ability to read and understand procedures in English.

QC - Analytical Lab Technician
Performs tests using analytical Lab equipment with specific regards to process, materials, and production. Maintains testing results and data related to production process for historical and analytical evaluation. Supports in development and or implementation of new products and materials through analytical testing. .
Performs lab tests including, but not limited to, inspection of work in progress and finished tile for thickness, size, gloss, color, etc.
Performs tests of production process and equipment using analytical equipment for analytical purposes including kilns.
