Dal-Tile is currently seeking an eager and motivated Forklift Marfin Operator to join our TEAM! As a Forklift Marfin Operator, we need someone who operates various powered industrial trucks to transport work in progress or finished product.
Primary Objective
The Warehouse Forklift Marfin Operator performs a variety of material handling duties associated with the manufacturing facility.
Major Function and Scope
Operates various powered industrial trucks to transport work in progress or finished product.
Removes and empties scrap and waste containers.
Operates Marfin machine (packaging of palletized products)
Follows operating procedures and maintains quality checks as specified.
Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.
Keeps area safe, clean and organized.
Performs other related duties as required.
Experience and Knowledge Required
1 or more years' experience operating equipment in a manufacturing environment.
High School diploma or equivalent experience.

Primary Function and Scope
Provides customer account management which may include, but is not limited to, order entry, order inquiry, product information, order status, pricing, stock check and transportation management in a call center environment.
Provides customer service for a high volume of inbound calls using ACD (Automated Call Distribution).
Responsible for keying in orders, processing faxes, and preparation of reports.

Ensures compliance with Human Resource policies including, hiring, firing, performance management, and DOT compliance.

HS diploma and 5+ years of relevant sales experience required OR
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1+ years of relevant sales experience. 4 years prior selling experience. Prior customer service experience is a plus.

This is a first shift position scheduled Monday-Thursday 4:00am-2:30pm. The hourly rate of pay is $21.90. This opening is located at our Plant on Route 30 in Gettysburg.
The Auto Press Packer inspects and packs unfired tile into setters.
Major Functions and Scope:
Inspects tile for quality defects as specified in the control plans.
Packs tile into setters and loads full setters onto pallets.
Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.
Follows standard operating and safety procedures.
Keeps area safe, clean and organized.
Performs other related duties as required.

The Safety Specialist is an established performer that works to create and facilitate an accident-free workplace by implementing safety policies and programs, providing training, creating, and maintaining safety documentation, and helping to ensure compliance with state and federal laws within assigned facility or location. This role plays a key role in promoting and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by helping to collaborate with various departments to minimize workplace hazards and foster a culture of safety. This position is located in Fayette, AL
Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:
Provide ongoing instruction of OSHA required safety disciplines.
Coordinate all annual and recurring safety training requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee training and safety records and reports.
Review and update documents to identify work-related hazards, reflect changing regulations, and best practices.
Conduct safety audits across multiple facilities throughout the division to identify and correct unsafe conditions and unsafe acts.
Ensure alignment of safety programs with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Participate in accident and incident investigations to determine root causes of an event.
Collaborate with departmental representatives to address safety concerns and track corrective actions.
Write detailed summaries and recommendations regarding corrective actions necessary to prevent accidents.
Participate in division projects addressing safety issues.
Stay informed about changes in safety regulations and ensure organizational compliance.
Maintain accurate records and documentation to demonstrate compliance with safety standards.
Perform other duties as needed.
Required Experience and Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
2-4 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Safety training and certificates preferred.
Knowledge of OSHA safety disciplines, other regulatory guidelines, and common industrial safety practices.
