• PO Request

• Reconciliation

• Cross-check between systems to confirm repair completion and invoice input

• Monthly review of Dent Wizard statement to confirm that invoice are being paid

• Additional administrative duties and other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Administrative experience preferred

• Excellent communication & organizational skills

• Flexibility in managing a varied and often challenging, quickly changing workload

Reporting to a District Manager, each Area Manager is responsible for maintaining existing accounts and prospecting for new accounts in his/her assigned territory, as well as for overseeing daily operations in the territory, including supervision of Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) and other reconditioning technicians. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Sales

• Maintain and expand business with existing customers, as well as actively prospect to develop new business in assigned territory.

• Work closely with District Manager to ensure effective planning and usage of each Technician's time, in order to optimize each Technician's ability to achieve his/her earnings potential as well as to maximize overall profitability of the territory.

• In collaboration with District Manager, establish monthly and annual sales goals, and develop a tactical plan for achieving those goals.

• Support Hail Team operations when/if a hail storm occurs in the territory, focusing on dealerships and body shops where relationships already exist, to secure the hail repair business in those stores.

• Sell PDR for Profit programs.

• Support and assist technicians in providing superior customer service and in maximizing billings in each service drive on his/her route.

Training

• Coordinate new hire orientation to ensure new Technician's smooth transition in the Company and into his/her assigned accounts.

• Conduct monthly meetings with Technicians to provide aids, tips, and feedback on sales techniques and other performance-enhancement skills.

• Ensure all Technicians receive proper technical support and training to continuously improve their PDR skills.

• Identify and schedule Technicians for advanced training.

People Management

• Act as Team Leader and mentor to Technicians, by remaining in close contact with them daily, through a combination of telephone and in-person interface, in order to identify and resolve any concerns or performance issues which may arise.

• Work with District Manager to ensure proper staffing levels are met to handle current and new business opportunities.

• Proactively identify and resolve any issues related to employee performance.

• Conduct and document informal and formal performance reviews to ensure Technicians are aware of their strengths as well as opportunities for improvement. Develop and execute performance improvement plans when necessary.

Administration

• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner, including invoicing and daily call-in numbers.

• Manage tool inventory for territory.

• Handle all incoming requests for mobile retail PDR services, by scheduling appointments between customer and the Technician who will be performing the work.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.

Automotive Paint Prepper to prepare vehicles for the painting process. This person can also be mentored by a senior paint technician and learn the automotive paint process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Wash vehicles to remove dirt, oil, grease and debris from painted surfaces.

• Locate and remove imperfections on panels prior to painting. Treat scratched and chipped areas with plastic or liquid filler.

• Apply paper and masking tape to protect unpainted surfaces, such as bumpers, windows, chrome trim, and other parts while surrounding areas are spray-painted.

• Tapes the car up using tape, paper and plastic bags so we only paint the parts of the car we intend to paint.

• Smooth unmasked surfaces with sandpaper removing gloss from previous coats of paint. Sand rough spots.

• After vehicle is painted, remove masking tape, and clean vehicle. Move vehicle to designated area for buffing.

• Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor, i.e., assist supervisor in training and orienting new employees, perform housekeeping duties, etc.

• May be required to work overtime (more than 40 hours per week) as business needs dictate.

Qualifications:

• Must have Body Shop and/or Vehicle Paint /Prepping experience required

• Valid Driver's License required.

Physical Demands:

You're someone who pays attention to every detail on a car - and who strives for perfection. As a Detailer with Dent Wizard, you'll have the opportunity to prove yourself, earn a great wage and grow a real career with us. We're hiring now for a position in KENOSHA, WI.

Working as part of a team at an assigned location, you'll clean and detail both the inside and the outside of vehicles on the sales lot. You'll enjoy teamwork and being part of our crew, as we often have detailers working hand in hand to quickly get the vehicles out to the front line for sale. Your goal is to get everything looking good!

  What You Need to Succeed

• Detailing experience is preferred, but not required

• Strong work ethic, flexibility, speed and attention to detail

• Toughness and grit to work in many conditions

• Physical stamina to kneel, bend and squat, as well as lift up to 20 pounds

• Valid driver's license and good driving record, including ability to operate a manual transmission

• Some flexibility in hours needed (occasional evenings or Saturdays)
