Supporting one or more of our Paint Tech nician s, you will wash vehicles, l ocate and remove imperfections on panels and treat scratches and chip s with plastic or liquid filler. After painting, you'll remove the tape, clean the vehicle and prepare it for buffing.

Business Development:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Both district dealer route and auction experience strongly preferred. Minimum combined total experience of three years in a leadership role in district routes and auction required

• Proven success in profitably managing a P&L of at least $2 million in annual revenues

• Experience successfully managing both management and non-management staff of at least 20 people

• Must be willing to travel overnight approximately 10 - 20% of time.

• Positive reputation in the industry based upon track record of business achievements

• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with customers

You're mechanical, electronically inclined, independent and motivated. You love the idea of working on high-security keys and providing complex transponder systems in today's cars and trucks. You'd be a great fit as a Key Technician with Dent Wizard in Houston, TX.

Working an assigned route of dealers and other customers, you'll produce duplicate keys and transponders for vehicles that work just like the original ones. We'll expect you to maintain equipment and inventory, submit invoices and work orders, and develop positive and productive relationships with our customers. Keys are a big part of our business, so we're looking for experienced Key Techs, as well as people with the right attitude and drive who can complete our training course.
