POSITION SUMMARY:

The Instructional Designer is responsible for analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of training materials.   • Apply tested instructional design theories, practice, and methods - specifically, the A.D.D.I.E. Methodology.

  • Partner with key stakeholders and assist in determining key learning objectives/desired outcomes and create engaging content that supports the learning objectives, knowledge retention, and application of skills.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject-matter experts to gather relevant training resources.

  • Create engaging learning resources to educate and develop GNC associates of all levels in areas such as product knowledge, selling/customer service skills, nutrition, targeted health, operations, policies and procedures (legal requirements), and new-hire curriculum (Associate, Store Manager, District Manager, and Regional Manager).

Qualifications
