Overview

To interview and counsel members about first mortgage loans and to take mortgage loan applications. To establish and maintain personal relationship with members, and to guide and follow their mortgage loans from initial application through the loan closing process. To determine applicants' qualifications; providing detailed information about Navy Federal's mortgage and equity loan products; clarify complexities of the mortgage/equity loan process; and evaluate, personalize, and recommend financing alternatives. To build and maintain referral relationships with realtors, builders, and other centers of influence.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze referred loans for areas of concern and determine proper course of action (e.g. obtain explanations for derogatory credit)

  • Determine and advise members on approved loan conditions and documentation requirements

  • Ensure progress and inclusion of required mortgage processing information (e.g. verifications of employment, assets, income and liabilities; appraisal reports, Navy Federal and investor requirements, etc.)

  • Maintain contact with the member, Realtor and/or seller during the entire loan process Monitor mortgage loan process and ensure compliance with Federal laws, as well as, Navy Federal, NCUA and secondary market practices, guidelines and regulations

  • Remain available to members and/or their real estate agents during scheduled evening hours after assigned work days and during scheduled hours on assigned days off (e.g. weekends)

  • Request and obtain documentation needed and forward to Mortgage Processor Respond to inquiries about mortgage applications, processing status, problems and concerns

  • Seek and leverage opportunities to conduct outside marketing and promotional activities to members and potential members through financial presentations, local events and realtor/trade shows and events

  • Take first mortgage loan applications via face-to-face interview, mail and telephone

  • Resolve or arrange for resolution of operational/processing issues, inquiries and complaints

  • Respond to inquiries and resolve any issues concerning the processing of applications

  • Review application for completeness, data integrity and accuracy; determine if additional information and/or supporting documentation is required

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently with automated systems

  • Experience in the mortgage lending industry

  • Working knowledge of mortgage lending requirements, regulations and procedures for VA and conventional loan programs

  • Working knowledge of mortgage/equity loan processing, closing and documentation requirements and regulations

  • Incumbent will be required, prior to the assumption of employment duties, to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry; includes fingerprinting and background checks

  • Advanced skill in comprehending, analyzing, applying and communicating complex written legal documents

  • Advanced skill speaking and/or presenting in front of groups in a professional setting

  • Advanced word processing and spreadsheet software skills

Overview

The Release Train Engineer will coordinate and facilitate all Agile Release Train events, which includes PI Planning, System Demo, Scrum of Scrums, PI Inspect & Adapt and PO Sync. Act as the next level escalation for obstacles reported by Development Teams and strive to empower teams to remove impediments. Works with the Program Team to resolve or escalate risks and issues and ensures collaboration in cross-train Scrum of Scrums.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously ensures planned work aligns to the Release Train value stream

Assume responsibility as the point person and coordinate processing the loan file from the time of warm handoff from loan origination through disposition. Overview

To provide full life-cycle solicitation, fulfillment, compliance, and reporting for all Staff Augmentation positions at Navy Federal. Serve as a consultant to provide guidance and advice to leaders on employment trends, policies, and procedures, as well as co-employment laws and regulations. To attract, acquire, and retain the best flexible workforce in the marketplace so that our Business Partners can execute their strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full life-cycle of the staff augmentation program, enterprise-wide

  • Provide support for vendor partners as primary/initial point of contact with minimal management guidance/oversight

  • Serve as subject matter expert on co-employment laws and regulations related to flexible staff

  • Develop and cultivate relationships with vendors, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to support the strategic goal of swiftly providing a highly engaged and skilled flexible workforce

  • Consult with hiring managers regarding potential candidate's qualifications, level of interest and compensation requirements

  • Lead execution of options to include termination notices, amendments, close outs, equipment return, etc., bearing the responsibility for maintaining proper documentation

  • Educate hiring managers, and department POCs, on cost allocation options based on their specific business needs and budgetary controls

  • Negotiate bill rates, contract length, and other terms of employment to agreeable terms for both the contractor and Navy Federal through the appropriate vendor

  • Review vendor performance in conjunction with Procurement and make performance-based recommendations to ensure coverage of all contract hiring needs

  • Identify areas of improvement; determine solutions; implement enhancements/changes to improve operations, standards, and results

  • Review resumes to ensure they meet qualifications for employment, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates

  • Determine job requirements with hiring manager to provide realistic job expectations and deliverables

  • Handles initiation of verification employment, education, and determine credit eligibility of contract staff in adherence to Navy Federal's risk tolerance and credit guidelines

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Experience in gathering hiring requirements from hiring managers

  • Experience in negotiating contract terms

  • Working knowledge of vendor management systems and associated workflows with said systems

  • Highly Effective in managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals

  • Highly Effective in building effective relationships through rapport, trust, diplomacy, and tact

Overview

To provide full lifecycle project management in one or more of the following: design, construction, renovation, and quality assurance, at the company-owned/leased commercial offices and remote ATM facilities. Exercise a proactive strategy and technical expertise to provide project management of a buildings' design and construction with the goals of reducing costs and maintaining a productive work environment for Navy Federal staff. Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle project management for multiple, large, and complex projects

  • Establish and lead project teams

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in identifying safety hazards including correcting and eliminating them

  • Design, develop, and review site layout drawings and create and review interior design plans

  • Manage approvals and permits through project completion and operation

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in identifying safety hazards including correcting and eliminating them

  • Extensive experience in managing projects involving directing/facilitating the work of contractors and subcontractors

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Contribute toward the planning and execution of integrated operational audits in accordance with Navy Federal and industry audit standards

Overview

To research, evaluate, design, implement, and maintain system and product solutions, applying knowledge of engineering principles. To provide technical direction and engineering support for projects and infrastructure. Develop and maintain advanced functional knowledge of evolving IT engineering industry technologies/competition, concepts and trends.

Responsibilities

  • Provide tier 2 and 3 technical support for Pega applications, addressing customer issues and inquiries

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Pega-related problems in a timely manner

  • Collaborate with Development teams to implement fixes and enhancements

  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis and develop sustainable, long-term solutions for recurring issues

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for support process, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles

  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support when needed, ensuring round-the-clock availability for critical issues

  • Stay updated with the latest Pega releases, features, and industry trends through continuous learning and professional development

  • Mentor junior support team members, sharing knowledge and best practices

  • Contribute to improvement of support processes and tools to enhance team efficiency

  • Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication of technical issues and solutions

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study

  • Three to five years of related Pega experience

  • Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification

  • Strong Understanding of Pega application development methodologies, including Direct Capture of Objectives(DCO) and Situational layer Cake

  • Experience with Pega's low-code app development features and App Studio

  • Experience with Pega's Predictive Diagnostic Cloud and Pega Deployment Manager

  • Familiarity with Pega's AI and decision management capabilities, including Prediction Studio and Next-Best-Action Designer

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Pega applications, including performance issues and integration problems

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience with SQL and Database management (e.g., SQL Server, Postgres)

  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, ReactJS/AngularJS) and REST APIs

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)

  • Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies

  • Knowledge of Java and J2EE concepts
