Overview

To research, evaluate, design, implement, and maintain system and product solutions, applying knowledge of engineering principles. To provide technical direction and engineering support for projects and infrastructure. Develop and maintain advanced functional knowledge of evolving IT engineering industry technologies/competition, concepts and trends.

Responsibilities

  • Provide tier 2 and 3 technical support for Pega applications, addressing customer issues and inquiries

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Pega-related problems in a timely manner

  • Collaborate with Development teams to implement fixes and enhancements

  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis and develop sustainable, long-term solutions for recurring issues

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for support process, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles

  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support when needed, ensuring round-the-clock availability for critical issues

  • Stay updated with the latest Pega releases, features, and industry trends through continuous learning and professional development

  • Mentor junior support team members, sharing knowledge and best practices

  • Contribute to improvement of support processes and tools to enhance team efficiency

  • Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication of technical issues and solutions

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study

  • Three to five years of related Pega experience

  • Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification

  • Strong Understanding of Pega application development methodologies, including Direct Capture of Objectives(DCO) and Situational layer Cake

  • Experience with Pega's low-code app development features and App Studio

  • Experience with Pega's Predictive Diagnostic Cloud and Pega Deployment Manager

  • Familiarity with Pega's AI and decision management capabilities, including Prediction Studio and Next-Best-Action Designer

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Pega applications, including performance issues and integration problems

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience with SQL and Database management (e.g., SQL Server, Postgres)

  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, ReactJS/AngularJS) and REST APIs

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)

  • Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies

  • Knowledge of Java and J2EE concepts

To provide full lifecycle project management in one or more of the following: design, construction, renovation, and quality assurance, at the company-owned/leased commercial offices and remote ATM facilities. Exercise a proactive strategy and technical expertise to provide project management of a buildings' design and construction with the goals of reducing costs and maintaining a productive work environment for Navy Federal staff. Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle project management for multiple, large, and complex projects

  • Establish and lead project teams

Responsibilities

  • Responds to consumer loan complex inquiries, problems, and complaints relating to transactions, revenue production or servicing to ensure timely and accurate responses

The Information Security Analyst will be an expert in information security risk, risk management, security control interpretation, control assessments, standards, and enterprise Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tool operations (i.e. Service Now, Logic Manager). The analyst will understand how NFCU standards apply to the Framework controls, and be able to interpret and articulate both while working across the enterprise to ensure alignment. The analyst will be a specialist in contemporary information and cybersecurity threats and be able to advise on mitigation to business units. The analyst will have expertise to advise projects, programs, and strategic initiatives for secure design and development of organizational systems.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes and evaluates existing information security programs and procedures to protect corporate information systems assets from intentional or inadvertent modification, disclosure, or destruction.

  • Offer expertise, written and oral, with excellent customer service, in interpretation of security controls, risk and overall results to business units and leadership as needed.

  • Analyze, articulate and write control assessment results, from manual and automated methods, in addition to the operational and residual risk of the asset/system. Communicate often results with the customer in order to facilitate remediation as quickly as possible.

  • Document issues as findings within the relevant tool; track remediation plans with business units; track, report on, and understand existing security exceptions for assigned systems or assets.

  • Run recurring compliance (findings) reports as needed from the GRC tool that are accurate, timely, and in a format presentable for executives and business unit stakeholders.

  • Write and update standards as directed, identifying and communicating gaps and changes as needed. Understand their mapping to specific security controls within the GRC tool. Interpret, explain and educate the standards to customers as needed.

  • Performs risk assessments of business processes, systems and applications.

  • Analyzes and evaluates the design and operating effectiveness of Information technology and security controls that are in place.

  • Evaluates current business practices against regulatory and industry benchmarks.

  • Performs assessments of new and existing vendors' IT environments in protecting Navy Federal information assets from data compromise and/or identity theft.

  • Communicates with internal Navy Federal personnel to understand the services and/or products being provided by the vendor.

  • Evaluates the security controls the vendors have in place.

  • Assesses a residual risk rating for the vendor based upon their control environment.

  • Communicates with vendor personnel throughout the review process.

  • Communicates status of reviews to Information Security management and internal business stakeholders.

  • Assists with the education of staff on the requirements of information security and the efforts to improve information security awareness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.

  • Extensive experience in computer and information security assessment, administration, and management. (3+ years years)

  • Extensive experience in the evaluation and assessment of security risks and controls in place around business processes, systems and applications. (3+ years)

  • Extensive experience in the evaluation and assessment of security risks and controls in place at third party suppliers that access, process or store confidential data. (3+ years)

  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of best practices, trends related to information security.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of information security regulations and legislations.

  • Knowledge of NCUA and FFIEC regulations, GLBA, NIST and other information security requirements and frameworks.

  • Formal project management experience which includes organization skills, managing strategy, project communications (internal and external to team), and planning and directing the work of participants.

  • Strong research, analytical, and problem solving skills.

  • Highly developed communication skills including preparing and presenting results, findings, recommendations and influencing management decision making based on the best available data.

  • Excellent writing skills with experience drafting Executive-level documents.

Overview

To manage, influence, and lead the development / direction / optimal performance of compliance management programs impacting Navy Federal Credit Union. Program Manager will engage in support activities led by the Compliance and Public Policy Regulatory Liaison (CCP RLO) team, including but not limited to compliance management system program build out / governance / monitoring, external regulatory & internal exam management, third party risk management and ad-hoc operational governance activities. Program Manager will develop, implement, evaluate and ensuring timely and effective program delivery and administration. Manage and facilitate implementation and coordination of multiple large and highly complex regulatory programs that affect and involve business unit activities. Ensure management review of initiatives from concept through planning, analysis, design and testing implementation and transition phases.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective program management of CPP RLO governance programs and activities

  • Create review program-related data using performance measurements and indicators to identify areas for improvement and potential risk and develop action plans for each indicator or area identified and lead change management

  • Manage multiple, large and highly complex programs

  • Serve on teams and task groups for programs or initiatives of significant impact within the business unit and or across the organization

  • Ensure effective initiative management of programs from inception through implementation

  • Analyze overall compliance program effectiveness; identify and address areas of opportunity and make recommendations

  • Innovatively identify and collaborate with management regarding the current and future needs and trends for programs and channels based on feedback

  • Identify, scope, document, coordinate, and implement business solution requirements in accordance with program/channel and project goals

  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis using analytical techniques, tools, models, simulation, etc.

  • Direct and lead work by developing and coordinating work plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and training

  • Manage program budgets including risk and impact of changes to program plans

  • Identify and minimizes risks or constraints that would impact program deliverables

  • Identify, communicate, and resolve branch/division/department or cross-organizational areas of concern, that may impede or impact other programs/projects/initiatives

  • Maintain/archive program documentation

  • Ensure program deliverables are met in accordance with expectations

  • Prioritize and delegate assignments, including project analysis, requirements definition, and implementation of program modifications and enhancements

  • Develop action plans for conducting internal analyses and collaborate with business partners to identify root causes for employee development gaps and establish solutions

  • Mentor members of the team within the branch to ensure cooperation and consistent application of policies and procedures
