Physical Requirements

As a member of our Squad, you will be working in a kitchen environment, rotating between front and back of house. This requires walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing and pulling to handle or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds. You will also be asked to operate hand-held appliances and simple kitchen equipment (industrial can opener, dough press, industrial dishwasher, etc.). Depending on the location, you may need to go up and down stairs. The ability to communicate and exchange information with coworkers and others is also required. The ability to comply with all public health requirements, including wearing a mask, is required.

Working Conditions

- High noise levels due to operations, customers and overhead music (including, but not limited to, rock, punk and alternative)

- May be indoor or outdoor setting depending on store (varied weather conditions are expected); including delivering order curbside to the customer

- Will work near moving or mechanical parts

- Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays and extended hours as business dictates

- Must be authorized to work in the United States

Summary

At MOD we put people before pizza, and we put data in front of our decisions. We are looking for a passionate BI professional that will roll up their sleeves, lead a small data team, and continue our journey of data and analytics self-service excellence.

An average week might have you collaborating with vendors on improved data integration methods, reviewing the code of team members, working with our loyalty team on customer cohort analysis, or streamlining a dashboard for our field leaders. Your ability to keep the team focused on incremental wins and outcome-based initiatives will serve you well as the nature of our business evolves. Stakeholders across the organization look to the BI team to provide guidance and direction on the quality and quantity of data available to drive decision making. Key Responsibilities

• Evangelize the BI mission and vision across our store squad, support center, executive team, and board of directors.

• Own all aspects of data governance, data engineering, data tooling, metadata management, and data literacy across MOD.

• Act as BI thought-leader that drives the identification and development of innovative solutions to take us to the next level.

• Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships with business partners and franchisees to understand issues, research findings, discover opportunities, and develop recommendations.

• Develop and maintain external relationships (i.e., vendors, industry partners etc.) to enhance current programs/technology and develop new business solutions.

• Develop, motivate, coach the Business Intelligence team and embedded data analysts across the company.

Summary

The People Business Partner is responsible for performing People-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior People management in supporting designated geographic regions. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, training, performance management, policy implementation, employment law compliance, worker's compensation and the tracking of People metrics to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as key contact for employees in assigned client groups regarding general People questions, performance management, employee relations issues, and management coaching

Basic Qualifications

You will also be asked to operate hand-held appliances and simple kitchen equipment (industrial can opener, dough press, industrial dishwasher, etc.). Depending on the location, you may need to go up and down stairs. The ability to communicate and exchange information with coworkers and others is also required. The ability to comply with all public health requirements, including wearing a mask, is required.

Working Conditions

- High noise levels due to operations, customers and overhead music (including, but not limited to, rock, punk and alternative)

- May be indoor or outdoor setting depending on store (varied weather conditions are expected); including delivering order curbside to the customer

- Will work near moving or mechanical parts
