GENERAL FUNCTION
The Assistant Manager II is a core member of the leadership team that drives Sunglass Hut's success. The Assistant Manager II works in partnership with the Store/Multi Store Manager to oversee all the daily functions of the store, including selling, coaching, merchandising, talent acquisition and retail excellence.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilizes all company tools to deliver sales plan, develop associates and achieve company objectives.
Utilizes reporting tools and business acumen to identify and address gaps in performance and to capitalize on successes.
Provides ongoing coaching for all associates that supports their growth and development while creating an inspirational and motivating work environment
Acquires talent by utilizing networking and recruiting skills and conducting interviews in partnership with the Store/Multi Store Manager.
Seeks out opportunities for self-development as defined in an individual development plan.
Spends a majority of the time on the sales floor.
Develops and maintains Customer relationships by maximizing all company tools.
Consistently executes the brand standards.
Maintains store merchandising standards including any updates or changes.
Knows product knowledge and uses company learning tools to stay current on new products in both fashion and performance.
Ensures execution of operational policies and procedures.
Ensures clear communication to their team of brand strategy including all promotions, contests and incentives, etc.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED
1+ years of experience
Demonstrates expertise in every aspect of store operation
Detail-oriented
Uses critical thinking to deliver absolute execution of the operational components of the store
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Customer service and/or retail experience
Previous leadership experience of 1+ years

The Licensed Optician attracts and retains customers by delivering an exceptional customer experience, fosters customer retention, and promotes outstanding associate/doctor satisfaction
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Drives profitable store sales by fostering a retail selling culture by practicing NECE and using effective retail sales skills.
Develops professional business relationships with other Associates and Doctors.
Fills ophthalmic eyeglass prescriptions and fits and adapts lenses and frames, to include but not limited to the following:
Utilizing optical prescription, evaluates prescription in conjunction with customer's visual requirements;
Asking lifestyle questions to determine customer's vision needs;
Recommending specific lenses, lens coatings and frames to suit customer needs;
Assisting customers in the selection of frames and coordinating frames with optical measurements and prescription;
Conducting measurements of bridge and eyesize, temple length, vertex distance, pupilary distance and optical centers using appropriate tools;
Troubleshooting vision issues confidently and bringing to resolution for customer satisfaction;
Aiding in training of new associates to help them understand frame and lens selection.
Assists with ensuring each store is effectively merchandised and presented according to Planogram and other Company standards.
Ensures high quality through accurate measurements, correct pricing, POS entry, and realistic delivery time quotes.
Maximizes Managed Vision Care relationships and sales opportunities.

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for leading a team of sales consultants (reps) in hitting sales goals within the Regional Channel. The Sales Associate sets the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience in every LensCrafters every time. The role of Sales Associate helps establish LensCrafters as the premier destination for all vision needs in your community.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
Utilizes optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
Assists patients in the selection of frames and coordinates frames with optical measurements assisting our customers in choosing the perfect vision solution.
Conducts measurements using appropriate optical tools and consults with Optician as needed.
Actively participates and contributes to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and support staff (Target Host partners).
Takes pride in the appearance of store & shows initiative to keep displays & inventory clean, attractive & organized.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED
1+ years experience in retail or customer service
Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills

GENERAL FUNCTION
The Specialized Consultant is responsible for supporting the management team by demonstrating superior selling behaviors and Sales Floor leadership, promoting a positive work environment and executing operational processes and objectives in compliance with company standards and policies. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1+ years of retail sales experience within a specialty environment
Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays.
Strong selling background with a proven track record of achieving top results in individual sales performance.
Strong in communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others.
Good time management and organizational skills
Computer proficiency and cash register experience
Ability to be on your feet most of the day or moving on the sales floor or stock room.
Ability to maneuver merchandise and lift up to 40 lbs.
Physical activities include engaging in repetitive motions, bending, kneeling, twisting, stretching, squatting, pushing, pulling, lifting, climbing, carrying, walking, reaching and/or using a step stool on a frequent basis.
