The ability to work in a high-pace and high-volume work environment, with excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, superior organization, and project management are necessary for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day project management assistance; effectively planning, coordinating and directing project related activities for multiple concurrent regulatory compliance projects.

  • Maintain project timeframes, objectives, and communications for assigned projects.

  • Develop databases or systems for tracking, analyzing and reporting various regulatory compliance related activities.

  • Assist with communications and training on compliance standards related to regulatory requirements to business units, as directed.

  • Support compliance related reviews in alignment with compliance policies

  • Assist with emails and communications, and maintain and manage calendars, including planner and calendar functions on Microsoft Teams.

  • Support internal and external meetings: scheduling and set up Webex, prepare agendas, record, compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.

  • Work with internal and external contacts on a day-to-day basis.

  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations, Excel documents, letters, memoranda.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in regulatory compliance in the life science field preferred

  • 3+ years project analyst experience required

  • Administrative: maintain logs/records, organizational skills, proficiency with numbers, research information, time management, use computerized databases, written and verbal communications

  • Strong knowledge and experience with MS office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Previous experience with Outlook, managing multiple calendars across different time zones required

  • Previous experience using Webex, MS Teams, and conference calls required

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and spoken communication skills, and organizational skills

  • Superior proofreading and editing skills to ensure accuracy and correct grammatical content of documents

  • License/Certification/Education: Associate or Bachelor's Degree required

In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. Pay Range: The pay range is $17.00 - $26.03 an hour

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:30 am - 3:00 pm) and alternating Saturday (7:00 am- 12:00 pm)

. Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups

. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.

. Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner

. Process billing information and collect payments when required

. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis

. Maintain patient and specimen information logs

. Provide superior customer service to all patients

. Administrative and clerical duties as necessary

. Travel to additional sites when needed

Job Requirements:

. High school diploma or equivalent

. Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency or previous experience as a phlebotomist is required

. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service

. Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

. Ability to work independently or in a team environment

. Comfortable working under minimal supervision

. Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable

. Flexibility to work overtime as needed

. Able to pass a standardized color blindness test

In this position you will work in a fast paced, customer focused, and challenging environment, and will be a part of our overall mission at LabCorp: "Improving Health, Improving Lives".

The schedule for this position will be: 3rd shift, Monday through Friday from 10:00pm to 6:30am. Position is eligible for shift differentia l percentage, due to 3rd shift hours.

Florida State Histology (HT) license is required

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process human tissue and body fluid specimens in preparation for microscopic exam.

  • Perform technical duties related to the production of histopathological slides of surgical specimens.

  • Section the embedded tissue, using a microtome and mount the section properly on a microscope slide.

  • Perform various immunohistochemical tests on formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections.

  • Process mounted sections through routine and special staining procedures.

  • Properly orient and embed surgical tissue specimens.

  • Prepare the stains and reagents needed for special procedures.

  • Report accurate and timely test results to deliver quality patient care.

  • Operate and maintain manual and automated instruments.

  • Perform and document equipment maintenance as needed.

  • Record equipment log data in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Perform and document preventive maintenance and quality control procedures.

  • Adhere to the laboratory's quality control policies.

  • Follow the laboratory's procedures for specimen handling and processing, analysis and reporting.

  • Document problems that may affect test performance and perform corrective actions when needed.

Requirements:

  • Associate or bachelor's Degree in a Life Science

  • High school diploma may only be required with sufficient histology certifications & experience.

  • ASCP Histology certification or other relevant Histology certifications

  • Florida state Histology license is required.

  • Previous experience in histology is preferred but not required.

  • Familiarity with routine histology procedures and equipment

  • Immunohistochemistry experience is a plus.

  • Comfortability embedding both large and small specimens.

  • Ability to accurately read all labels and documents.

  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail

  • Experience working in a high-volume laboratory environment is desirable

  • Familiarity with laboratory SOPs and safety protocols

  • Must be able to pass a standardized color vision screen.

Labcorp is seeking a Service Representative/Courier to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for the pickup, transport and delivery of medical specimens, lab supplies and reports, while providing excellent service to our clients.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred

  • Must have a Valid Driver's License and clean driving record

  • Must be at least 21 years' old

  • Previous driver/courier experience is preferred

  • Customer service experience is a plus

  • Very punctual with strong time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to problem solve customer issues

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Load all necessary suppliers needed for the daily pickups

  • Complete daily pick up schedule in a timely manner

  • Deliver all daily picks to your branch at the end of your shift

  • Handle all specimens and lab samples in safe and efficient manner

  • Safely operate company vehicle and obey all traffic laws

  • Utilize handheld electronic device to manage daily picks up

  • Work directly with dispatcher for additional pick-ups as needed

  • Evaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes and weather conditions as needed

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 6:30PM with rotating weekends

Included with this position is a company vehicle to use for the route. In addition, for only $100 per month, you will have the option of taking this vehicle home with you and using it for personal use. If you choose to use the company vehicle for personal use all gas, tolls and maintenance are covered by the company.

  • Screening of all liquid based cytology, both manual and imaged, as well as conventional slides

  • Perform microscopic evaluation of cytological specimens following laboratory procedures and workload policies

  • Ensure proper documentation of workload recording, including screening and non-screening activities as required by CLIA and laboratory guidelines

  • Maintain absolute integrity in the accurate performance and reporting of results

  • Meet slide screening requirements as per standard operating procedure

  • Finalize testing results into the computer in an accurate and timely manner

  • Provide backup for cytology processing and other tasks as needed

  • Comply with all safety, infection control and HIPAA policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college/university

  • Successful competition of an accredited Cytology program

  • ASCP Cytotechnologist (CT) Certification is required

  • Prior experience working in Cytology is preferred

  • ThinPrep certification is a plus

  • Must pass slide screening requirements and annual CAP proficiency test

  • Demonstrated understanding of Cyto preparation techniques

Job Requirements:

. Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency or previous experience as a phlebotomist is required
