What You Will Do
All Lowe's associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Sales Specialist Flooring, this means:
- Being friendly and professional, eager to understand the customer's specific needs in order to pair the best products and service offerings in support of their project.
- Ensuring displayed merchandise reflects our high standards of showroom readiness, operates as intended during demonstrations, and is up to date, accurately mirroring the manufacturers current product offering.
- Engaging in safe work practices including the proper operation of store equipment.
The Sales Specialist Flooring serves as an expert, explaining the specifications and features of a product or service to existing or potential customers, with the goal of closing a sale. This associate provides exceptional consultative services to customers and confirms their needs are met before leaving the store. The Sales Specialist Flooring is also responsible for executing orders and projects in their area of focus.
Travel Requirements: This role does not require regular travel; however, this role may need to travel on occasion to meetings, trainings, or to support neighboring stores.
What We're Looking For
- Hourly Full Time: Generally scheduled 39 to 40 hours per week, respectively; more hours may be required based on the needs of the store.
- Requires morning, afternoon and evening availability any day of the week.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
- Minimally must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance; may lift over 25 pounds with or without assistance.
What You Need To Succeed
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of external experience in customer facing sales OR 6 months Lowe's retail experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of experience entering and submitting customer sales orders, including Special Order Sales.
- 2 years of experience identifying and selling products based upon customer needs or plans.
- 2 years of experience in providing customer service including identifying and resolving customer complaints, greeting customers, answering phones, building relationships with customers, and thanking customers for their business.
- 2 years of experience following up on outstanding or incomplete customer orders, sales, or installs.
- 1 year of experience promoting product related services and plans such as installation, delivery, credit financing, or extended protection plans.
- 2 years of experience in a sales environment with required sales goals or metrics.
- 1 year of employment with Lowe's as a Sales Specialist.
- 2 years of experience in a trade directly related to flooring OR 2 years experience selling flooring.
If the state or local municipality requires a salesperson license for this position, you must either be licensed or pass the requisite licensing exam within sixty (60) days of starting employment in this position.
Pay Range: $19.50 - $27.30 per hour

What You Will Do
All Lowe's associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products customers need. As a Fulfillment Associate, this means:
- Being friendly and professional, and responding quickly to customer and associate needs.
- Ensuring merchandise is in good condition, accurately accounted for, and delivered to customers on-time.
- Pulling merchandise safely for loading onto delivery trucks and helping customers and staff move merchandise safely.
The Fulfillment Associate assists customers, delivery team members, and Installation PROviders by pulling and preparing orders prior to pick up, replenishing shelves for next customers and loading merchandise into their vehicles. To meet the needs of our customers, this associate must feel comfortable engaging in conversations with other associates to ensure correct products are delivered on time. The associate helps ensure that the right products are delivered to our customers by accurately pulling, inspecting and preparing merchandise for delivery or pick up, as well as verifying invoices against loaded products. In addition, the associate ensures deliveries are ready upon truck arrival, and assists with loading merchandise, including large appliances. Safety is critical because this associate lifts and moves merchandise for staff and customers frequently throughout his/her shift. Fulfillment Associate(s) assigned to the Pro Department are required to be certified on the following Power Equipment (PE) within 30 days of their start date in the Pro Department: forklifts, pallet jacks and electrical lifts.

- 6 months experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles.

- Demonstrates ability to monitor and identify customers who need assistance at multiple self-checkout registers simultaneously

- Moves throughout the checkout area standing, walking, reaching, bending, lifting, and moving product to ensure accurate completion of transactions

Customer Service
- Actively seeks out and greets customers to identify and understand their needs at check out

- Builds and maintains knowledge of the company's products and services
- Proactively recommends appropriate products, credit programs, and protection plans related to Lowe's products during check out
- Uses a cash register, assisted self-checkout registers, or mobile checkout unit to process sales transactions, returns, and refunds according to company guidelines
- Removes security tags, verifies product information, and bags merchandise for customers
- Responds to EAS alerts
- Answers incoming phone calls and directs calls or takes messages as needed
- Calls for assistance to open additional registers to accommodate high customer volume
In-stock
- Ensures merchandise is accurately scanned
- Prepares register area throughout the day; by confirming functionality of registers and scanners and stocking register supplies
- Fills and faces coolers, shelves, and merchandising areas around the front end
- Inspects returned merchandise for damages and place returned merchandise in the appropriate areas
- Assists with Pick Up In Store customer experience by picking and staging merchandise
- Enters and submits customer orders accurately, prints order tickets, verifies receipts, places online orders, and signs off on loading tickets
Clean and Safe Stores
- Detects common signs of shoplifting, theft, and other security risks, and promptly communicates them to management and/or Asset Protection
- Complies with housekeeping standards and programs (e.g., Zone Recovery) to maintain cleanliness and organization of store and working areas
- Maintains a safe and secure work environment, which may include conducting daily safety reviews, noting hazards, keeping aisles clear, and securing doors and gates
- Adheres to all safety requirements relevant to one's regular job duties: top stock safety, reinstalling safety cables, use of aisle blockers, a tether line on power equipment, spotters, and safety devices
- Operates store equipment as needed depending on one's specific role and department (e.g., Zebra phone, telephone, paging system, copiers, fax machines, computers, CCTV surveillance system, key cutter, panel saw, paint mixer, flooring cutters, compactor baler)
General
- Associates supporting the Administrative office create, manage, and update reports (Examples: Accounts Receivable Payment Detail Retrieval, Expense Payables Invoice Advisory, Outstanding Return Checks, and Temporary Accounts)
- Associates may process customer credit card payments and applications, mail invoices, and investigate and resolve credit disputes with customers
- Associates may work in different checkout areas of the store, to include: Assisted Self-Checkout, Lumber, Mainline, Outside Lawn & Garden, or Returns
- In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for other duties as assigned

What You Will Do
All Lowe's associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Fulfillment Lead, this means:
- Picking and checking merchandise for customer pickup, delivery, and installer pickup.

Customer Service
Provides SMART customer service at all times through the daily execution of Lowe's customer service policies, procedures and programs

Identifies damaged products, removes them from the shelves, delivers them to Return to Manufacturer (RTM) area, and signs off on the products as defective
Verifies buyback items and ensures they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping
Identifies damaged or missing signage, displays, and collateral and orders replacements in accordance with merchandising standards and planogram details
Updates/validates wayfinding and product location signage as well as digital maintenance of this information throughout the store
Confirms that product pricing information is visible and clear and resolves/replaces any missing pricing labels
Ensures cross merchandise, side stack products, j-hooks and gravity feed bins are placed appropriately, helping to drive add-on sales
Works with store leadership to stage clearance and damaged merchandise for quick sale
Sorts products in bins, drawers and boxes to ensure that they are in the proper location
Clean and Safe Stores
Reviews, completes, and enters completion details (when, what, amount of time spent, taking and uploading photographs to confirm servicing completion, etc.) for all assigned merchandise reset, service, and maintenance tasks
Ensures all reset displays are safe and in working order and repaired/replaced as needed
Repairs/seals damaged packaging and boxes including peg-hook items
Removes all trash, moves cardboard boxes to the bailer, and moves plastic wrap and other debris to the compactor
Replaces light bulbs and alerts Facility Services Associate (FSA) when additional maintenance issues are noted (lights out, painting, etc.)

Sr Analyst, Credit Field Team (In-Office)
Job Summary:
The Sr. Analyst position for the Credit Field Team is responsible for analyzing credit metrics across Lowe's DIY and Pro Credit products. This will include gauging the productivity and effectiveness of the RCM's store walk visits and schedule. Furthermore, a critical component of success will be forward thinking methodology to accurately schedule market visits to maximize credit results both from a consumer and pro perspective on a weekly / monthly basis. What You Will Do
All Lowe's associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a store that is clean, safe, and stocked with the products our customers need. As a Receiver/Stocker, this means:

Job Summary

Your Impact
The primary purpose of this role is to provides guidance for maintenance, maintenance procedures that meet industry/Lowe's benchmarks, and key input that leads to control of maintenance spending at retail stores. The Facility Analyst also is responsible for oversight and management of vendor activities surrounding day-to-day Facility Management work orders.
