Leidos is seeking a talented Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to join our team to support a federal customer within the customers Security Operations.The Cyber Threat Intel Analyst will need a strong cyber security background with experience with the following:
Identify, track and investigate high priority threat campaigns, malicious actors with the interest, capability and TTPs (Techniques, Tactics and Procedures).
A comprehensive understanding, analyzing and tracking the cyber threat landscape, including identifying and analyzing cyber threats actors, APT TTPs and/or activities to enhance cyber security posture of the organization's IToperating environment.
Clearance Required : Must have active/current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Basic Qualifications:
Candidates shall have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, with 8-12 years of professional experience and at least 5 years in incident detection and response and/or cyber intelligence analysis.
Maintain and drive the development of new reports of Cyber Threat Intelligence analysis to peers, management, and customer teams for purposes of situational awareness and making threat intelligence actionable.
Provide support to security operations during incident response and threat hunting activities that includes cyber threat analysis support, research, recommending relevant remediation and mitigation.
Conduct trending and correlation of various cyber intelligence sources for the purposes of indicator collection, shifts in TTPs, attribution and establishing countermeasures to increase cyber resiliency.
Deep understanding of Cyber Kill Chain and applicable analytic models such the Diamond Model.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Certifications/Skills:
Must have ONE of the following: GCED, GCIA, GCFA, GPEN, GWAPT, GCFE, GREM, GXPN, GMON, GCIH, CCFP, CCSP, CISSP, CSIH, CHFI, LPT, ECSA, OSCP, OSCE, OSWP, OSEE, EnCE
Previous DOD, IC or Law Enforcement Intelligence or Counter Intelligence Training/Experience.
Knowledge of Structured Analytic Techniques
Host-based and network-based forensics related to the identification of advanced cyber threat activities, intrusion detection, incident response, malware analysis, and security content development (e.g., signatures, rules etc.); and cyber threat intelligence.
Proficiency in one more of the following computer languages Python, Bash, Visual Basic or Powershell in order to support cyber threat detection or reporting.
Ability to develop scripts to support cyber threat detection that outputs results in a variety of formats, such as VB scripts, Python, C++, HTML, XML or other type most appropriate for the task.

Leidos is seeking a skilled Proposal Writer to join our Federal Civilian IT Growth Business Area's rapid response team. This position is crucial for supporting and leading the creation of compelling and compliant capture and proposal material in response to requests for information, proposals, and task orders across health, civilian, and NASA businesses.

Primary Responsibilities:
Provide and coordinate the development of proposal documents, collaborating directly with Capture Directors, Solution Architects, and Technical and Management Volume Leads to meet solicitation requirements.
Work with Solution Architects and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to document, write, and articulate solutions and corporate experience against proposal requirements.
Ensure clear, compliant, compelling, and persuasive writing of proposal sections; translate complex ideas into easily understandable text.
Apply communication and interviewing skills to gather necessary information from internal and external personnel to support writing activities.
Actively participate in a collaborative team environment to articulate solution and strategy, approach to performing the work, experience, win themes, and discriminators.
Required Qualifications:

The National Security Sector at Leidos is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide executive leadership and oversight of a large multibillion dollar program. This individual is responsible for planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of the program supporting customer goals and objectives - ensuring that all projects run within scope, time, and budget constraints. The Program Manager will also direct the activities of functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel and make decisions that drive the long-term success, failure, profitability and growth of this program.
The Program Manager shall be responsible for the successful cost, schedule, and performance of the contract and will have the P&L responsibility for the contract. They will serve as the main point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), the Government Program Manager, and the Contractor's senior management, and directly contribute to program efforts in several areas including cost management/avoidance, schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities. They will ensure proper performance of tasks necessary to ensure the most efficient and effective execution of the contract. The Program Manager shall utilize expert communication skills needed to direct the skilled technical resources and report on the technical progress, issues, and problem areas, as well as write and review technical documents.
This position will be located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland or in the DC area. A successful candidate will perform as the primary interface for the PEO C3T government technical leads, direct the day-to-day operations of the Program Management Team, monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance, and perform approvals for procurement of required facilities, equipment, supplies, and personnel requests.

Establish strategies for the program execution in collaboration with executive leadership team.
Resolve complex problems and issues faced that require consideration of variables that are cross organizational.

Basic Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities Could Include:
Manage and optimize AWS, Azure, Google, and/or Oracle environments
Configure and troubleshoot cloud, virtual, and physical hardware and software systems
Perform cybersecurity vulnerability scans and address findings
Conduct Information Assurance Vulnerability Management Monitoring and Response activities, to include development and production of all necessary documentation to support these activities
Report and provide mitigations with applicable Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs)
Ensure that data-at-rest and data-in-transit is encrypted utilizing NSA-approved cryptography
Implement and maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards and controls with the security level and services required in accordance with the DoD SRG and document in the Contractor's System Security Plan
Provide and execute a plan for vulnerability and compliance scanning
Develop and maintain Identity & Access Management systems architecture and standards for delivering enterprise-wide Identity, Access, Directory and Authentication Services for employees, vendors and members with the capability to support cloud services of varying types.
Participate and support information security policies and relevant compliance requirement activities with respect to cloud deployments.
Support the design and engineer enterprise deployment of identity governance and administration tools and products for cloud related projects and programs.
Continuously monitor system resources through automated scanning and implement automated reporting feeds to support cybersecurity authorizations.
Verify patch compliance using the approved technical solution
Implementation of security procedures, and verify information system security requirements, including coordinating the execution, review, and disposition of STIG checklists for systems, applications, developed code and other components.
Participate in regular briefings with the customer on cybersecurity status, including preparing briefing materials

The National Security Sector at Leidos is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide executive leadership and oversight of a large multibillion dollar program. This individual is responsible for planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of the program supporting customer goals and objectives - ensuring that all projects run within scope, time, and budget constraints. The Program Manager will also direct the activities of functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel and make decisions that drive the long-term success, failure, profitability and growth of this program.
The Program Manager shall be responsible for the successful cost, schedule, and performance of the contract and will have the P&L responsibility for the contract. They will serve as the main point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), the Government Program Manager, and the Contractor's senior management, and directly contribute to program efforts in several areas including cost management/avoidance, schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities. They will ensure proper performance of tasks necessary to ensure the most efficient and effective execution of the contract. The Program Manager shall utilize expert communication skills needed to direct the skilled technical resources and report on the technical progress, issues, and problem areas, as well as write and review technical documents.
This position will be located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland or in the DC area. A successful candidate will perform as the primary interface for the PEO C3T government technical leads, direct the day-to-day operations of the Program Management Team, monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance, and perform approvals for procurement of required facilities, equipment, supplies, and personnel requests.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Accounting, Industrial Relations, or other field with at least 15 years of prior relevant experience or a Master's Degree with 13+ years in managing Government projects and programs of similar scope and size for systems development, engineering, training, fielding, and/or logistics.
Active DoD Secret Clearance.

Demonstrated experience conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial monitoring, and reporting.
12+ years of experience providing management and oversight of a team with geographically dispersed personnel.
12+ years of demonstrated experience in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms.
Direct experience in managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as experience in leading a multi-vendor environment.
Ability to cross functionally communicate with government, subcontractor, and internal Leidos stakeholders via direct contact, e-mail, phone cons, briefings, and other written products.
Ability to manage cost, schedule, and performance; document program performance in weekly, monthly, and quarterly program briefings to both the government and internal Leidos stakeholders; manage the development of yearly CPAR writeups for input to the government evaluation.
Experience supporting a contract or TO responsible for adhering to DoD information security and personnel security practices.
Experience implementing supply chain risk management.
Experience assisting the customer with organizational change and transformation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Former Military Officer.
Prior US Army PEO C3T organization support experience.
