SMIT is the largest IT services program for the Navy. Under the Service Management, Integration, and Transport portion of NGEN-R, the Leidos team will deliver the core backbone of the Navy-Marine Corps Intranet, including cybersecurity services, network operations, service desk, and data transport. Job Description
The qualified candidate willinstall, configure, service, repair, and maintain Information Technology (IT) systems in both a stand-alone and client-server environment, including Microsoft (MS) server, Defense Message Systems (DMS), and other authorized IT systems as well as hardware and software for network services, storage networking devices, and servers. Integrate multiple Information Systems (IS) in a networked environment. Other duties and responsibilities include:
Evaluate and resolve customer IS problems.
Effect required hardware upgrades and repair to maintain mission capability.
Install and configure wireless hubs, routers, switches, and various transmission media, server hardware and software, and ensure the proper installation and configuration of workstation hardware and software for efficient operation on the network.
Install, optimize, and troubleshoot Local Area Network (LAN) and Base Area Networks (BAN). Experience with Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6), Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP), Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), Virtual Local Area Networks (VLANs), Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), and Network Address Translation (NAT).

The National Security Sector is seeking a Training Specialist to develop, instruct, and support the Warfighter requirements for Operator and Maintainer New Equipment Training (NET) analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of training packages for satellite communication (SATCOM) equipment, baseband system components, radios, line of sight (LOS), wireless fidelity (Wi-Fi) and various other systems within the Project Manager Tactical Network (PM TN) architecture.
Primary Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the STS Training Specialist and Instructor include New Equipment Training (NET) analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, delivery, and maintenance of training packages in accordance with (IAW) Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Regulation (TR) 350-70, and TRADOC Pamphlet (TP) 350-70-14. Operate, install, configure, troubleshoot, and perform field level maintenance on TN equipment which include satellite communication (SATCOM) terminals, network communication systems, radios, and line of site (LOS), and wireless fidelity (Wi-Fi). Utilize Work Packages (WPs), Technical Manuals (TMs), Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) product material, and Detailed Technical Procedures (DTPs) along with available equipment to develop training material. Review quarterly updates to make certain training material remain up to date, and in line with software changes pushed to warfighters supporting TN systems. Travel to various CONUS and OCONUS locations by means of Temporary Duty (TDY) to support New Equipment Fielding (NEF) Training, modifications, and operational needs statements (ONS) for TN. Be familiar with installing software and verifying components connections and operations which include updating systems with quarterly software updates, and ensuring functionality by confirming access to the satellite, accessing a webpage on the world wide web, and making a softphone or voice over internet protocol (VoIP). Repair, troubleshoot, and perform PMCs on TN systems to ensure continued operation. Work with TN logistics representatives, and customers to return merchandise authorization (RMA) components that fail during NET, and ONS. Be accustomed to functioning in a classroom setting and conducting After Action Reviews (AAR) to gather warfighter feedback on TN courses. Prepare and provide daily reports, student rosters, and AARs to Training Manager in support of training. Experienced in working within a team to accomplish task, meet deadlines, conduct training, validations, and verifications. Perform additional duties as specified to meet the needs of NET, support the customer, and meet mission requirements.

Curriculum Development:
Coordinate with Government customers to prepare and maintain TPF and NET plans for current and future systems.
Create customized training plans based on current systems, new system upgrades, and mission-specific requirements.
Training Services:
Provide classroom instruction, and field level training on TN systems and sub systems.
Develop Task Analysis, Terminal Learning Objects (TLOs), Enabling Learning Objectives (ELOs), Lesson Plans (LPs), Learning Step Activities (LSAs), Student Guides (SGs), Instructor Guides (IGs), Practical Exercises (PEs),
Assessments, Student Handouts, and Course Schedules for Training Packages (TPs).
In support of NET development, inputting data into TRADOC Training Development Capability (TDC), which include entering Training Support Package (TSP) Program of Instruction (POI), and Lesson Plans (LPs) into the system data base.
Interface with the Government Training Manager, Leads, and Customers daily, and serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for training development.
Perform preventive maintenance checks and services (PMCS) on equipment before, during, and after use to ensure continuous operation, and to identify potential problems swiftly.
Execute equipment operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and field level task to ensure technical proficiency.
Review course material and perform actions or objectives to standard to ensure all are in line with TRADOC regulations.
Conduct and participate in internal validations with team members and external verifications with stakeholders to evaluate NET documentation for quality, effectiveness, and efficiency.
Cross Training:
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 3 or more years of experience or equivalent Military Occupation Specialty (MOS) in lieu of degree and 4 years of hands on experience on related TN (formerly WIN-T) systems.
Active DoD secret security clearance.
Technical understanding and experience with TN systems.
Fundamental understanding of SATCOM, LOS, and Wi-Fi systems.
Must have LAN and WAN networking experience (Net+, Sec+, CCNA, preferred).
U.S. Passport required.

Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for electrical infrastructure ensuring power to mission critical facilities to include development of repair and renovation of electrical projects
Provide technical assistance and support in electrical maintenance, installation, troubleshooting and hands-on repair
Install and maintain low-voltage (480/277, 600 volts) and below (50/60 HZ) single and multi-phase power wiring
Install feeder and branch circuits including conduit, service wire, fuse and breaker panels, switches, outlets, junction and outlet boxes, lighting fixtures, splices, connectors, ground wiring for red and black installations
Ensure material used and workmanship meet requirements of applicable technical and safety standards
Provide detailed reports on equipment failure, maintenance requirements and lifecycle replacements
Respond to service calls and preventive maintenance inspections verbally or via computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) regarding malfunctioning and/or inoperable equipment

Basic Qualifications
BA/BS Degree from an accredited college or university and at least three years of relevant experience as licensed Electrician.
AA/AS Degree from an accredited college or university with at least five years of relevant experience as licensed Electrician or; Advanced Electrician training with license and at least seven years of relevant experience can offset the degree requirement.
Knowledge of Safe Work practices related to energized work, performing duties at high heights and/or confined spaces per OSHA regulations.

Primary Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities of the STS Training Specialist and Instructor include New Equipment Training (NET) analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, delivery, and maintenance of training packages in accordance with (IAW) Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Regulation (TR) 350-70, and TRADOC Pamphlet (TP) 350-70-14. Operate, install, configure, troubleshoot, and perform field level maintenance on TN equipment which include satellite communication (SATCOM) terminals, network communication systems, radios, and line of site (LOS), and wireless fidelity (Wi-Fi). Utilize Work Packages (WPs), Technical Manuals (TMs), Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) product material, and Detailed Technical Procedures (DTPs) along with available equipment to develop training material. Review quarterly updates to make certain training material remain up to date, and in line with software changes pushed to warfighters supporting TN systems. Travel to various CONUS and OCONUS locations by means of Temporary Duty (TDY) to support New Equipment Fielding (NEF) Training, modifications, and operational needs statements (ONS) for TN. Be familiar with installing software and verifying components connections and operations which include updating systems with quarterly software updates, and ensuring functionality by confirming access to the satellite, accessing a webpage on the world wide web, and making a softphone or voice over internet protocol (VoIP). Repair, troubleshoot, and perform PMCs on TN systems to ensure continued operation. Work with TN logistics representatives, and customers to return merchandise authorization (RMA) components that fail during NET, and ONS. Be accustomed to functioning in a classroom setting and conducting After Action Reviews (AAR) to gather warfighter feedback on TN courses. Prepare and provide daily reports, student rosters, and AARs to Training Manager in support of training. Experienced in working within a team to accomplish task, meet deadlines, conduct training, validations, and verifications. Perform additional duties as specified to meet the needs of NET, support the customer, and meet mission requirements.

Interface with the Government Training Manager, Leads, and Customers daily, and serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for training development.
Perform preventive maintenance checks and services (PMCS) on equipment before, during, and after use to ensure continuous operation, and to identify potential problems swiftly.
Execute equipment operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and field level task to ensure technical proficiency.
Review course material and perform actions or objectives to standard to ensure all are in line with TRADOC regulations.
Conduct and participate in internal validations with team members and external verifications with stakeholders to evaluate NET documentation for quality, effectiveness, and efficiency.

Leidos is seeking a dynamic Construction Manager to join the National Airspace System Integration Support
Contract (NISC IV) team.
In this role you will support the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Eastern Service Area (ESA) performing construction oversight for projects in support of Project Engineers,
Contracting Officer's Representatives, and Contracting Officers. This position will report progress and issues against project goals, scope of work, and schedule. The projects support Air Traffic Control facilities over the eastern third of the continental United States plus the Caribbean.
This position requires 100% travel (full time, including weekends) with each assignment typically lasting weeks or months.
Construction Manager Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure general contractor complies with FAA Environmental, Safety, and Health policies.
- Supervise construction of FAA projects on-site and provide quality assurance that completed work is
compliant the with the plans and specifications.
- Maintain accurate daily records of work accomplished, personnel onsite, weather conditions and
other essential details.
- Act as point of contact and coordinate directly with the general contractor.
- Monitor progress against accepted construction schedule, review the general contractor's progress
reports, assess the progress, and inform all stakeholders.
- Discuss deviations from specified construction materials and procedures with project engineer.
- Mark up drawings to as-built conditions and submit these for review and updating.
- Participate in construction inspections, final inspections, and contract close-out activities.

Background Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in the following disciplines: Engineering, Business or Finance required with 4-8 years' of relevant Project Management experience or a Masters with 2-6 years of relevant PM experience
Must demonstrate recent and in-depth expertise in electric power infrastructure projects and transmission and distribution design
PMP Certification is desired
Must have demonstrated success with a team approach to the consulting business
Strong writing and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with electric power industry and knowledge of business issues associated with power delivery services

The Security Enterprise Solutions (SES) operation at Leidos currently has an opening for an Electrical Controls Engineer to work for the Ports and Borders (P&B) business unit in our Vista, CA facility.
The P&B business unit at Leidos designs and manufactures highly complex security equipment for use at border crossings, airports, seaports, and other transportation mechanisms. Our products include radiation detectors and spectrometers, and Xray scanners for cars, trucks, and trains.
Primary Responsibilities:
Work as part of a cross-functional engineering team with Scientists, Mechanical and Software Engineers, and Test Engineers to develop next-generation X-ray based security equipment.
Design PLC-based machine control systems, including circuit design, embedded programming, motion control, and power distribution.
Perform sustaining engineering of existing products, including obsolescence issues and feature changes/updates.
Design printed circuits and direct PCB layout, fabrication, and assembly.
Produce Engineering documentation such as design specifications, interface control documents, schematics, wiring diagrams, and bills of material.
Troubleshoot existing and new designs down to the component level, performing root cause analysis.

This site provides direct fleet support with towed acoustic systems installed on submarines and surface ships, including 24/7/365 worldwide casualty assistance (CASREP) support. Other responsibilities of the program include shipping/receiving/warehousing, government property administration, and asset tracking.
Primary Responsibilities
Candidate will be responsible for conducting towed array module physical inspection, electrical testing, troubleshooting, array assembly and shipboard installation and removal of towed bodies while working pier side, in all weather conditions and/or in a warehouse environment. Travel overseas and within CONUS on short notice may be required.
This position has occasional requirements for overtime work in order to meet US Navy operational schedules and may have occasional requirements for extended travel to support surge work at other Towed System IMAs in order to meet US Navy operational schedules.

Description
Leidos is seeking an E-Discovery Project Supervisor to work on-site in support of the Department of Justice in Washington, DC. The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced and diverse environment and will have a management team that encourages your career development and growth.
Please Note: This is a hybrid position with at least two days onsite in the office in Washington, DC; candidate must reside in the Washington, DC metro area.
Typical Responsibilities include:
For very large cases, may be directly responsible for all work in a major task area.For example, on a case involving document discovery of millions of pages, a Project Supervisor may be responsible for all document discovery/document collection activities for the case.
For a case involving an out of town trial, a Project Supervisor may be the individual in charge of the out of town trial support center.
Alternatively, may assist several Project Managers on a multitude of smaller cases simultaneously. For example, the Project Supervisor may be responsible for oversight of responsive/privilege review in one case, while simultaneously overseeing production of witness binders in another.
Requires direct supervision of a variety of Contractor staff, including clerical staff and first line supervisors.
May require frequent contact with Government COR, Case Managers, trial attorneys, client agency staff, etc., as well as with other Contractor components.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years of related experience
Two years of progressively more responsible experience on litigation support projects
One year of supervisory experience
Proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with clients and attorneys
Demonstrated ability to oversee and coordinate complex and time-critical litigation support activities, including technical/data processing support and eDiscovery activities
Requires in-depth knowledge of litigation support
Hands-on familiarity with the Government's office and network environment, including, data processing environments, office automation, internet and server-based databases, and other applications, such as Relativity or other document review platforms
Familiarity with eDiscovery procedures and resources
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
Desired Qualifications:
Experience conducting searches, creating STRs, document review, creating coding layouts, and supervising document review in Relativity.
Trial experience very helpful.
Technology Assisted Review experience valued.
Paralegal experience helpful.
Law degree, technical certification, or other pertinent graduate degree.
Please note that the expected salary for this position is around $80,000.
