Leidos has an exciting opening for you as our next TS/SCI cleared Full Stack Software Engineer supporting DIA-NMEC under our 10-year DOMEX Technology Platform (DTP) contract. You will work closely with Systems Engineers, Software Engineers, Architects, and Operations Engineering/Manager on a broad scope of activities extending across the development of systems to include backend and frontend software engineering tasks. You will work closely with the team on the following key tasks:
- Provide software engineering support to portfolio projects ranging from internal and contract R&D to advanced system development across the Leidos enterprise.
- Develop visually appealing front end website architectures, including translating designer mock-ups and wireframes into front-end code.
- Design user interactions on web pages.
- Develop and design RESTful services and APIs.
- Stay abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
- Strategize organizational direction on emerging technology platforms and communicate the effectiveness to executive stakeholders.
- Stay current and provide insight on cutting edge software approaches, architectures, and vendors.
- Ensure that non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability are being considered when architecting solutions.

To be successful in this role you need these skills (required):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline and 12+ years of applicable experience
- Must have a TS/SCI security clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a current Top Secret/SCI security clearance with polygraph
- Fluent in CSS (Foundation or Bootstrap), JavaScript ES6 and HTML, with an understanding of CSS preprocessors including Sass and LESS
- Strong knowledge of React and a working knowledge of Elasticsearch
- Experience working with languages such as Java and Python
- Experience in API Design and development
- Strong knowledge of data structures, system design and algorithms
- Experience with cloud based architectures and container orchestration
- Collaboration experience with information analytics research teams

Leidos Dig Mod Health IT division is seeking a Network Security Manager on a large network services opportunity supporting the Health Agency in Montgomery County, MD.The Network Security Manager (SM) leads a network security and performance management team supporting a large Agency enterprise network system. The scope of work for the team includes sustainment of multiple security-related services and devices. It also includes installing, configuring, and managing a very large suite of network tools. The SM reviews and implements security policies, regulations, rules, and norms and ensures that the network infrastructure environments are secure. The SM will work directly with the Program manager, operations and architecture team leads as well as Agency leadership.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide on-site support to the health agency in MD.
Prioritize, assign, and oversee completion of security and network performance engineering staff tasks.
Ensure that operational security objectives are being met per customer's expectations.
Perform project planning and estimating for new security tasks as requested by the customer.
Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met for incident response and other security-specific SLAs.
Ensure delivery of reports and required security section contractual documents.
Implement and maintain the program cybersecurity plan.
Develop and direct implementation of security standards and best practices for the organization.
Coordinate with the program Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to ensure that IT security audits are conducted on schedule.
Provide operational oversight, coaching to team leads, mentoring to junior staff, and succession planning for the program.

Primary Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:
Provide on-site support to the health agency in MD.

System administrator will ensure the uptime, performance, resources, and security of the computers they manage meet the needs of the users. The systems administrator could be focused in one or more of the following areas:
oA database administrator (DBA) maintains a database system, and is responsible for the integrity of the data and the efficiency and performance of the system.
oA network administrator maintains network infrastructure such as switches and routers, and diagnoses problems with these or with the behavior of network-attached computers.
oA security administrator is a specialist in computer and network security, including the administration of security devices such as firewalls, as well as consulting on general security measures.
oA web administrator maintains web server services that allow for internal or external access to web sites. Tasks include managing multiple sites, administering security, and configuring necessary components and software.
oResponsibilities may also include software change management.
oA system programmer creates, modifies, and test the code, forms, and script that allow computer applications to run. They may also develop and write computer programs to store, locate, and retrieve specific documents, data, and information.
oA computer operator performs routine maintenance and upkeep, such as changing backup tapes or replacing failed drives.
oPossesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments
oAssignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks
oOperates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems
oContributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable
Basic Qualifications:
oBachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, other related discipline, or equivalent experience; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
o4-8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with
