Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is currently seeking a Warehouse Clerk to be located at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling in Washington DC. As the Warehouse Clerk you will be supporting the AFNCR (Air Force National Capital Region) by managing assets in a Theater Warehouse setting.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for tracking and reporting on all accountable hardware for the AFNCR contract.

  • Utilizing the PC Tech Refresh plan, execute against that plan, and report status against that plan.

  • With the warehouse team, produce monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables as required by the contract.

  • Coordinate with Government Equipment Control Officers (ECOs) to maintain synchronization between our inventories and each ECO's inventory, including synchronization between Remedy and DPAS.

  • Travel is required to bases within the National Capital Region and will account for

  • Sanitize and inventory accountable assets and process via DLAD and UNICOR

  • Perform weekly, quarterly, and annual inventories on warehouse equipment.

  • Receive and deploy assets while accurately track/updating a CMDB.

Basic Requirements:

  • Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of experience.

  • Currently hold a DoD Secret Clearance.

  • Experience using Remedy Applications.

  • Extensive knowledge of all Warehouse Processes and Warehouse Systems including shipping and receiving.

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.

  • Knowledge of DRMO process.

  • Electric pallet jack and forklift experience.

  • Strong communication skills - written and oral.

  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet Explorer.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Ability to coordinate and organize efficient and dependable warehouse processes.

  • Ability to adapt to needs of role in different work areas throughout the workday and meet minimum expectations of those different work areas Attention to detail and ability to differentiate our packages.

  • Ability to work in a noisy and non-climate controlled (hot in summer, cold in winter) environment.

  • Knowledge acquired through 1 to up to 3 years of work experience.

  • Possess an ITAM Certification.

The National Security Group of Leidos is seeking a Senior Instructor to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Chantilly, VA. The candidate will support Government staff in the following:

  • Provides dedicated support to MPAC; provides general support to other Directorates, Offices, and Centers as required

  • Obtains information needed to prepare in-house training program

  • Facilitates all programs to train all levels of personnel across customer (IC)

  • Administers experiential learning experiences/simulations

  • Works with ISDs to continuously revise lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date

  • Coordinates with TAs on class arrangements, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating training effectiveness

  • Keeps abreast of information technology training needs, trends, methods, new materials, and techniques

  • Provides technical advice/input that impact strategic client outputs and Leidos business results

Leidos' Civilian Health Solutions Operation is seeking a dynamic, mission-centric hands-on Senior Service Desk Analyst (Tier 3 support) to support a federal agency's large, mission-critical 24/7/365 enterprise Service Desk.

The position will be on client-site in the Rockville, MD or D.C area with a potential of 25% remote work.

Candidate must be US Citizen with the ability to obtain a level 5 Public Trust clearance.

As a Service Desk Analyst, you are expected to possess exceptional customer engagement, communication, technical, and analytical skills. This challenging position requires an individual with demonstrated experience in resolving technical client support in a service desk setting, ability to perform technical troubleshooting and provide data analysis to determine root causes of application issues. The candidate must possess strong communications skills and the demonstrated ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work as a senior member or lead of service desk area responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and technical support to users.

  • Assist team in ensuring the smooth operation of the service desk, managing escalations, and implementing service improvement initiatives.

  • Manage the daily operations of a service desk, ensuring that all support requests are handled in a timely and professional manner.

  • Monitor service desk metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Support service improvement plans and SLAs to enhance the quality and efficiency of the support services provided to users.

  • Escalate complex or critical issues to the appropriate stakeholders and follow up to ensure timely resolution

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the customer, its services, and its customers to effectively manage the service desk operations

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their support needs and build trust and confidence in the service desk.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience supporting a service desk or IT support team.

  • Ability to potentially interact with senior staff in the agency and scientific community.

  • Ability to work/ collaborate with different contractor and government teams as well as industry and vendors with a high level of professionalism, good judgment, and tact.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and be flexible at juggling competing priorities. Must be resourceful and independent problem solvers.

  • Experience with Zendesk and ServiceNow ticketing systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within healthcare domain (preferably FDA, NIH, or agencies in HHS) is highly preferred.

  • ITIL4 Foundations, HDI Certification

  • Prior experience with NIH/HHS

  • Mac experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for working with a team of junior, journeyman and expert software developers in an agile SAFe environment to write and maintain source code for Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment of the EBS-C system.

Your Main Mission:

The successful candidate will work with and manage a small team of ILS professionals as an embedded part of the overall system design, development, and integration process to define support requirements, plan for life cycle sustainment, and produce ILS products in accordance with United States Army regulations. The National Airspace Systems Integration Support (NISC) program at Leidos is seeking a Civil Engineer to provide support to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) located in Kansas City, MO.

The ideal candidate will support the daily operations of the FAA Central Service Area (CSA) Engineering Services Terminal Team.

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • The candidate will perform all duties necessary to help produce complete design packages for the Terminal Replacement and Modernization Programs. The candidate will develop site-specific project engineering packages in accordance with national and FAA standards on assigned projects based on scoping documents. The candidate will produce engineering design drawings, detailed work plans, project material requirements, cost estimates, project schedules, and other items as required.

  • The candidate will participate in site surveys to determine site requirements, operating parameters, site-specific issues, and assist with development and review of project scope. The candidate will ensure proper completion of all necessary drawings by providing markups and drawing specifications to the Computer Aided Engineering Graphics (CAEG) group.

  • The candidate will provide mechanical engineering support to other designers to ensure quality and completeness of designs. Support will include, but is not limited to, document review, consultations, and interpretation of requirements and regulations. The candidate will ensure that all design drawings are complete and revisions made before drawings are placed into a solicitation for bid. The candidate will perform all necessary inspections and collect all data necessary to produce a complete design package.

  • The candidate will make inspection visits to FAA facilities, monitor contractor progress, evaluate and review design submittals for completeness and accuracy and make all necessary design comments and corrections required.

  • The candidate will track and update project implementation schedules for assigned projects/programs. Monitor project implementation and ensure projects are implemented according to drawings and specifications.   • Mechanical Engineer with a bachelors degree and four+ years of practical experience in the design and installation of HVAC equipment and systems, pumps, engines, fuel transport, and other building systems or a masters degree and 2+ years of the above mentioned experience.

The AFNCR IT Services Program at the National Military Command Center (NMCC). Leidos currently has an opening for a Project Manager to work in our Beavercreek, OH office. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience to support US Air Force (USAF) Life Cycle Management Center (LCMC) and Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) programs. This position will directly support Program Management in managing the efforts of a team of engineers and developers, supporting a large technology portfolio, within technical, schedule, and budget constraints. The objectives of the programs supported are to provide technical and operational analysis of new and evolving sensor systems, assess advanced sensor technologies, provide ground, and flight demonstrations and tests, and to explore and perform sensor system integration into laboratories, aircraft, and other vehicles as necessary. Must be able to work successfully with all levels of engineering, logistics, program management, and program leadership, AFLCMC directorates and headquarters, AFRL, HQ AFMC, Tri-Service DoD stakeholders, prime contractors and subcontractors, and other government and private sector personnel.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, development, oversight and management of the day-to-day execution aspects of current and future projects while serving as a liaison between program management, the project team and government customers.

  • Provides and reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports for review to Program Management, AFLCMC and AFRL customers.

  • Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet cost, schedule and performance objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with program managers and customers.

  • Administratively provide, track, and maintain status of CDRLs pertaining to contractual efforts.

  • Work with government and contractor counterparts to support engineering design efforts, follow on production, and developmental and operational flight test demonstration efforts as applicable.

  • Assists in producing or reviewing documents for program office use that support the breadth of the projects acquisition and lifecycle sustainment.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and 4 years' experience; or Master's degree and 2 years' experience; 4 additional years of related experience will be acceptable in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

  • Candidate shall have knowledge, experience and demonstrated ability to perform independently in the position as a Project Manager.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with self-management skills.

  • Experience or familiarity with planning of projects including but not limited to labor, scope, and statement of work.

  • Labor forecasting/management experience; familiarity with use of an RLN, ROM, and other project management tools.

  • Familiarity with Financial/Budget management; to include monthly budget reviews, adjustments for EAC planning and controlling costs.

  • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to work and lead as part of a multi-disciplined team.

  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications.

  • US Citizenship required for this role.

  • An active Secret level clearance (or ability to obtain one) is required for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level II or higher in DoD Acquisition.

Your Main Objective:
