S/he will quickly build and maintain customer relationships and become a trusted advisor by utilizing training of Technology products/services and print offerings.
The associate in this role will demonstrates a passion for the brand, technology products, furniture, services, print and other services/products offered to our customers. S/he will utilize Office Depot and Office Max's proven sales principles to proactively engage customers, in order to drive the sales of our total offerings and properly assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction in every interaction.
Successful completion of Tech, Print, and other applicable training and continued education in these areas is expected, up to and including designated certifications, if required. The essential functions of this position may require you to consent to periodic comprehensive background checks conducted by a third-party.
Primary Responsibility: Percent of Time Spent on Task
Performs duties as cashier, provides logistics support, stocking, restocking, down stocking, inventory control, cleaning the store and protecting company assets. Ensures the completion of damaged and defective/buy back merchandise through the RCC process.
Proactively acknowledges and engages every customer to ensure a positive customer experience. Utilizes and understands the selling program to promote the sale of the best solution as well as additional product and/or services solutions. Maintains awareness of planned advertisements and promotions.
Able to evaluate the customer's needs to determine what additional offerings or services that a customer may need in addition to determining if a customer should be referred to the Contract Sales organization.
When not assisting customers, performs merchandise-related activities to ensure merchandise presentation guidelines are met through implementing plan-o-gram changes and updates, merchandise set and price changes. Sets weekly ads, including price changes, and any associated updates to store signage.
Works to continually develop personal selling skills and specialized product knowledge through sales and service tools provided. Drives Technology, Tech Services, Furniture and Print sales by supporting all related current programs, new product launches and special initiatives.
Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures and practices; and supports company loss prevention efforts.
Education & Experience
High School diploma or equivalent edu preferred
Minimum 1 year experience in related field
2 Years Sales and/or Customer Services experience preferred

He/she will contribute to the success of achieving the services sales plan for all services including technology, subscriptions, and other business services and partners with the Print Services team to promote consistent focus on services sales Through the guidance and direction of the General Manager, he/she will assist in the day to day operations, and the execution of the overall store strategies and tactics and is expected to know how the store is performing relative to the services target/plan while keeping the General Manager apprised of results. Will articulate areas of opportunity to the General Manager and collaborate to devise and execute an action plan to resolve. The person in this role also is responsible for driving the stores overall sales training to ensure appropriate Office Depot and Office Max's selling techniques are executed. This position coaches talent and provides positive and constructive feedback to associates. The person in this role will lead, motivate and inspire associates and foster a customer/client first environment resulting in a memorable and positive client experience; building customer retention, strong relationships, and brand awareness and loyalty. The individual in this position is also a -Key Carrier- and will be considered the Leader on Duty in the absence of other supervisors or management.The Services Sales Supervisor assists with the merchandising, operations and execution of store and company standards in addition to resolving both associate and customer relations' concerns. He/she will proactively engage with customers to exceed their needs and work to generate revenue by driving a sales culture. Qualifications
-High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred and Minimum 2 years experience in related field
-Minimum two years of experience in retail, including management and/or supervisory in a sales driven, customer-oriented company. Sales experience in a services industry a plus.

The Supply Chain Trainer (Implementer) will be integral in the adoption of a new Krber 1 WMS platform across the Supply Chain distribution network. his individual will combine process expertise and technical knowledge to facilitate the bridge between operations and WMS. This role will be evolutionary with heavy emphasis on user acceptance testing and go-live operations across the United States. Translation of Supply Chain needs will be imperative to accept functional specifications. Over time, the role will migrate into a focus on training sustainment, workflow improvements, and best practice sharing.
This individual will need to be fanatical about the quality of their outputs and maintain a macro view of Supply Chain operations and how to best support our 5C culture.
