This individual will assist in developing presentation direction and written communications to support the merchants' vision that is realistic for the stores to execute, ensures a positive guest experience, and ultimately drives sales while supporting the Cracker Barrel brand image.
-Creates store execution tools. That includes seasonal presentation sets and any needed presentation changes throughout the season to react to current business trends. Ensure direction is written and formatted in a way that is clear, actionable, and easy to follow.
-Supports the execution of the merchandising sets. Works with guidance from the Visual Merchandise Manager to execute physical sets in the model store for creating company direction.
-Develops and manages timelines that affect store execution tools. such as flow of product into model store for merchandise sets, information needed for directives, etc.
-Coordinates and supports daily/weekly operational tasks for field communication.
Experience and Education
-Bachelor's degree and 2 years visual, marketing or communications experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge and Skills
-Strong written and oral communication skills.
-Creative problem solving skill set.
-Computer proficient. (Experience with InDesign and Photoshop preferred.)
-General knowledge and understanding of retail industry.
Work Environment
Hybrid environment, mix of onsite and remote work.
