This individual will provide financial planning and analysis support to Senior Management across CBOCS and MSBCbusiness units. Responsibilities include forensic spend analysis, category/cost analysis andbenchmarking, and providing analytical support for the broader margin management working team(modeling/monitoring results). Key objective is to aid the decision-making process through financialanalysis, visualization, and ultimately recommendations.
Responsibility
- Provide standard monthly reporting packages to Senior Management for monthly reporting, as
well as ad-hoc reports/analyses and recommendations upon request.
- Serves as internal consultant for departmental spend analysis, working with cross functional team
leaders to identify opportunities for savings, as well as be a thought partner in how those
opportunities should be prioritized and reported.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or related field and 3-5 years in finance/data
analytics; or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA Preferred.

- Knowledge of data analysis tools (Tableau, PowerBI, SQL) preferred

- Must be willing to work in hybrid capacity in the greater Nashville area
