PRACTICE SPECIFICS
Works independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
Provide patient-centered care to individuals and families emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention
Work in a collaborative team environment
Group consists of Family Medicine physicians, APCs, and Specialist
Clinic-only practice
REQUIREMENTS
Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Able to work independently, be a team player and have excellent critical thinking skills
High level of customer service skills to establish and enhance relationships
