Job Title: Incident Management BA

Location: Onsite in Charlotte, NC

Duration: 6 months

Pay: $62.68

Role and Responsibilities:

Individual contributor on the Truist incident response and crisis management team. Manages the cross-functional response to incidents that could cause operational, financial, reputational, or regulatory impact. Leads exercises to improve enterprise incident response processes and to strengthen Truist's resilience. Demonstrates exceptional writing, facilitation, and instructional skills.

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  1. Coordinate the enterprise preparation for and response to adverse events that could cause operational, financial, reputational, or regulatory impact. Specifically, facilitate incident response meetings involving stakeholders from across the enterprise. Draft clear and succinct summaries of incidents, workstream progress, obstacles, and next steps for response leaders and executives.

  2. Lead exercises to review, challenge, and mature enterprise incident response and crisis management processes. Develop the scenarios, facilitate the discussions, solicit lessons learned, draft the After-Action Reports, and ensure the implementation of improvements.

  3. Train and manage the enterprise crisis team and the enterprise incident response team.

  4. On a set schedule to be defined after hire, serve as the on-call teammate during nights and weekends. This teammate monitors potential risks to the bank, as well as fields any calls escalating incidents for an enterprise response.

Required:

  • Crisis/incident management coordination experience (preparation, facilitation, summary, followup, AAR, reporting). Everbridge tool experience, including VCC, manager portal, critical event management. Excel data analysis and reporting. Sharepoint administration experience.

  • Exceptional writing, facilitation, and instructional skills. These are the most important skills for this job.

  • Outstanding problem solving and critical thinking skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Demonstrate the ability to establish credibility with all levels of management effectively.

  • Demonstrated consistent execution and delivery of high-quality work products.

  • Adept with Microsoft Office products.

Nice to have:

  • Enterprise response corporate exercise creation, facilitation, reporting, and AAR. Train resources to help provide on-call assistance.

  • Risk Control Self Assessment documentation.

  • Audit review, compilation of required data, and response to requests. Education and Awareness communications to corporate partners, stakeholders, and general teammate population.

  • Project Management certification.
