Description
Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, this position wor ks with all R egions setting up and expanding fixed site operations a nd implementing new projects.
Essential Functions and Duties :
Operation al Management
D efine s the scope of service and the facilities needed to implement new locations or expand services
Contributes expertise to g uide implem entations and overcome operational challenges using Standa r d Operating Procedures and Best Practices
Leads start-up efforts, acquiring necessary tools, equipment , and personnel re sources
Ensure s consistent , efficient , quality servi ce , and process flow for all projects
Maintains positive, working relationships with customer
U pdates Corp orate Training materials consistently
Sales/Customer Service
Resolves customer issues expedientl y
Presents and demonstra tes se rvices with new and existing customers
Understand s customer financial goals and build s the best possible solution s
Proactiv e ly s uggests additional services and programs using appropriate marketing tools
Personnel Management
Identifies Best Practices in conjunction with Sales and Operational personnel
Proactively c oaches T echnician performance , correcting inefficiencies respectfully and equitably, to ensure C ompany standards are met
E ffectiv e ly pla ns the use of Technician's time to maximize their earning potential, a nd maximize revenue and profitabilit y
Assist s with training as needed
Financial/Administration
C ompli es with all pertinent employment, safety, and environmental laws and regulations , OSHA, Air Quality Management, and Fire Marshall to safeguard the workplace and well-being of employee s
Leverages all available resources and positive relationships with Field Managers and Home Office Staff
Analyzes data u sing quantitative tools to exceed financial and strategic goals
Required Qualifications
10 + years of experience managing automotive reconditioning services
E xperience in automotive paint
Advanced Data Analyti c Skills
Advanced Excel Skills
Engaging and polished presentation and demonstration skills
B achelor's degree or equivalent experience
U nderstanding of financial controls and material costs
Ability create value for the customer, company, and employee
S uccess ful work in an autonomous environment
Preferred Qualifications
S uccessful implementation of business strategy and results
Previous experience in project management
Knowledge of all pertinent local and federal environmental, health, and safety regulations
