On the Employee Engagement Communications Team, it's our job to inform, engage, and inspire our employees through strategic, targeted and companywide campaigns that highlight T-Mobile as a great place to work and clearly answers the question -what's in it for me?-

We are looking for a creative, driven Communications Manager who will bring new ideas and a passion for employee communications to the role. You will be a key member of the team helping to bring alive the company's Un-carrier culture, rooted in our values and focused on achieving our bold plans.

This role is responsible for the development and delivery of communications strategies and experiences that highlight and help Team Magenta understand our total rewards package and all the amazing programs and offerings. What you'll do in your role.

  • Collaborate with the Human Resources Total Rewards and Operations teams to develop a strategic communications plan and design communications campaigns that encourage employees to understand and appreciate all of the ways T-Mobile invests in Team Magenta.

  • Develop and implement internal employee communications campaigns delivered through a variety of enterprise-wide channels including the company intranet, email newsletters and digital signage and sometimes events. Work with our design team on imagery.

  • Drafts and edit remarks, talking points, presentations, and company wide emails.

  • Share pertinent information to a network of internal communications partners embedded in our lines of business.

  • Ensure timely and effective implementation of integrated communications to support business priorities and future success. Report program impact based on partner feedback and business results including measurement.

The experience you'll bring.

  • Bachelors Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, PR or related field

  • 5+ years' experience in developing and executing company wide employee communication plans with industry experience in a fast paced, high volume marketing communications and/or PR at a large corporation or agency

  • Experience in developing and leading communications strategies for dynamic organizations that have experienced significant change.

  • Positive interpersonal and communication skills

  • Creative, demonstrates critical thinking skills, agility, high integrity and persistence

  • Thrive in fast-paced environment that changes and innovates constantly

  • Self-motivated with the ability to do great work both independently and collaboratively

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office suite plus Teams, and Sharepoint

  • Experience creating and delivering HR communications (i.e. Total Rewards) highly desired

  • Experience in newsletter platforms (i.e. PoliteMail) a strong plus

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law.
