Job Description
Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas is looking for a Marketing Manager that is a progressive, collaborative, forward thinking marketer, communicator, and digital leader who is constantly ahead of the curve regarding consumer engagement, content marketing, advertising, street promotions, and digital products. Reporting to Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas General Manager and Senior Director, Marketing + Operations at Dayglo Presents, the Brooklyn Bowl Marketing Manager plays a vital function as a senior member of the venue team and works closely with an array of departments to help shape the strategy and execution of all marketing campaigns for Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas.
Responsibilities
Direct + manage show marketing: print, radio, digital, street, contesting, + guerilla
Work across venue departments to communicate goals + maintain focus on core values of marketing campaigns
Lead social media + content strategy/execution to build + continually expend reach and engagement
Identify + cultivate strategic and local brand partnerships that generate earned lift
Lead strategy around technology adoption to ensure business properties are dynamic, evolving, and authentic
Maintain a progressive + nimble approach to online advertising
Drive focus on digital analytics ensuring Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas is making informed marketing decisions
Employ marketing strategies/tactics that expand beyond digital to help execute integrated marketing campaigns
Communicate closely with Dayglo Ventures to ensure best practices + maintain Brooklyn Bowl brand standards
Inspire a culture of innovation when working across marketing teams
Prerequisites
Person of technology and creative marketing constantly desiring positive improvement
Deep knowledge of digital marketing platforms + social strategies
Ability to balance macro-thinking w/ hands-on execution
Strategize marketing spends, report/audit + measure ROI
Considerable experience w/ marketing to consumers in a streaming environment
Proven track record managing innovative + successful email campaigns
Consumer + service oriented
Superior command of language with excellent writing + interpersonal skills
High comfort level interfacing with managers + artists
Ability to be detail-oriented, flexible + handle complex issues w/ minimal supervision
Ability to prioritize, multi-task + focus under stressful + demanding situations
Prerequisites cont.
Ability to represent Brooklyn Bowl + artists confidently to all external contacts
Use of discretion + the maintenance of high levels of confidentiality
Well organized, professional, confident + calm
Deep knowledge of music genres + industry
Confident, passionate + a sense of humor
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
3 - 5 years of music marketing experience with emphasis on digital
Very strong writing skills with examples
Adaptive design eye with examples
