About the role: We are looking for a Senior Congress Project Manager to join our dynamic team within our Life Sciences Division. In this client facing role, you own and manage client program relationships. The Senior Congress Project Manager has direct responsibility for program development, planning, execution and all of its components. You will keep projects running on time, on budget and within compliance guidelines. If you are skilled at managing high-touch, complex meetings and programs, read on!

As a Senior Congress Project Manager, you will: - Think outside of the box on creative cost savings and best practice ideas while ensuring we remain compliant. - Reconcile program in accordance within audit and client standards. Compile and submit an audit ready program file with audit and client standards. - Assist the operations manager with day to day operational tasks and new hire training and development - Ensure everyone, from client to attendee to staff member has a positive and memorable experience from invitation stage, through onsite, and departure. We aim to please!

You're good at: - Communicating with clients. You have the ability to own the room and convey confidence, knowledge of best practices in events and a professional presence at first impression and on-going. - Maintaining the highest level of quality, professionalism and integrity when negotiating with suppliers. 5 years' experience required. - Managing multiple priorities and being adaptable. You have exceptional problem-solving skills, are calm under pressure and work well in a collaborative environment. - Establishing long lasting, professional relationships with clients, co-workers and vendors. - Cvent, Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

You might also have: - A college degree from a 4-year institution. - 5 years' experience planning meetings, conventions, conferences and/or special events - Pharmaceutical experience - French/English speaking

You should know: - This role is virtual - Our standard working hours are 8:30 AM -5:30 PM with an hour break. - Covid vaccination might be required for this role.
