Job Description

The Director of Marketing and Digital Strategy is responsible for planning, development and implementation of the Company's marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities. He or She will oversee development and implementation of digital strategies, support materials and collateral for direct and indirect sales efforts. This position directs the efforts of marketing, communications and public relations resources and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with Regional Vice Presidents, Sales Specialists and Community Teams to develop and execute Quarterly Revenue Plans.   • Bachelor's or post graduate degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Strategy, Communications or related field.

  • Minimum of five (5) years marketing experience including website maintenance, or two (2) or more years in relatable industry specific role.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic and comprehensive marketing/revenue plans.

  • Demonstrated ability to train, coach and mentor home office Sales & Marketing associates as determined.

  • Dynamic, creative personality with the ability to innovate the drive to produce superlative results.

  • Strong communications, planning, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize activities.

  • Experience in social media strategy, email marketing, and lead generation.

  • Maco and micro level analytics, root cause analytics and ROI reporting creation.

  • Occasional Travel.
