. Demonstrated knowledge and application of Title VII, ADA, FMLA, ADEA, STAA, harassment & retaliation, and workers' compensation statutes in workplace settings.
. Knowledge of the laws, principles, and practices associated with human resources.
. Written communication skills in developing reports, guidelines, and written summaries.
. Ability to interface and build strong, trusting relationships across the organization.
. Ability to consult with all levels of staff using a multi-HR-faceted approach to problem-solving.
. Ability to listen with patience and respond to a high level, controversial issues utilizing good judgment.

. Provide regional (SE/SW) oversight and work collaboratively with professionals to manage and mitigate workplace investigations based on allegations of Title VII complaints, fraud, and violations of company policy.
. Partner with Operations management and HR professionals to implement consistent, appropriate corrective, and preventative actions as needed.
. Provide guidance on interpretation and application of federal and state law and/or company policy to Operations teams and HR professionals.
. Act as lead to team members; provide training and guidance
. Ensure case management via Navex consistency from intake through completion.
. Track and follow up on cases as necessary.
. Propose and implement HR solutions as required.
. Conduct risk analysis with respect to identifying work place trends.
. Perform other duties as assigned
