Enhance the region's ability to optimize both performance and financial goals through case management in accordance with the National Intelligence Directive (NID) and DCSA guidelines. Requires working closely with the Region Manager, Section Leads and Case Assigners. This includes but is not limited to managing new cases, extensions, backlogs received from the Client and maintaining reports to identify outstanding leads/cases and managing TDYs for the region.

Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions. Be familiar of the financial operational aspects of the business and the region. Be knowledgeable with the business workload priorities, timeliness parameters, region's challenges, and the DCSA handbook.
Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor while performing work on the contract
Be proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Suite, PIPS, and other IT platforms (ex. HighView)
Be proficient in analyzing/extracting/manipulating data from Excel to drive performance
Be proficient in operating standard office equipment such as telephones, fax machines, photocopiers, printers, scanners, and shredders.
Ability to work evenings/weekends, when needed
Job Duties:
Notify Supervisor of weekly work schedule, which may need to be aligned with Region's needs
Must be highly communicative with the Region Manager and Section Leads
Send Daily/Weekly reports/updates to Region Manager and/or SLs as requested
Analyze, schedule, and track TDYs. When sending a TDY to another region, receiving region will pull cases and sending region will complete profitability sheet and assign the cases
Manage all workload priorities, minimize workload and assignment inefficiencies, ensure priority ladder is being followed and Identify incorrect case assignment practices
Help identify hiring needs based on scheduling trends
Assist Section Leads with case assignments, work load capacities, and Assigned Completion Date (ACD) changes in a timely manner
Identify items that need to go to another area or need to be cancelled
Analyze workload trends and create managing strategies, reduce workload imbalances and improve overall regional performance
Work with other Case Assigners to coordinate assignments in overlapping areas, assist in times of surges or reduced case flow and general support, as required, to maintain a functional operational output
Mentor, Coach, and Train new Case Assigners
Analyze cause and effect solutions in Region's/Business performance
Complete projects as assigned
Become Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all case assignment processes, reports, and systems
Work together as a team and coordinate activities and tasks within assigned region.
Reach out to your peers or other departments and offer assistance when all daily duties have been completed or you are awaiting on action items
May be tasked with other duties, such as escorting visitors and supporting other departments
STANDARDS/MEASUREMENT:
Efficient zoning of accurate and defined case assignments with a detailed and in-depth understanding and knowledge of case overage requirements and field investigative techniques
Effectively assign all priority cases with 24 to 48 hours of scheduling
Ensure individual capacity is maintained at optimal levels
Create TDY case packages as regional case load dictates on time
All Reports and Projects prepared are accurate, timely and analyzed accordingly
Contact with the Regional Managers, Section Leaders, Investigators, Administrative Staff, and Customers is professional, courteous, helpful, and reflects favorably on CACI
Other areas of measurement: communication, team support, etc.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance based on a T5
Have a minimum of a associates degree or equivalent.
Have a minimum of a three years' work experience with at least two recent years performed successfully in an administrative support role.
Physical Demands:
Normal demands associated with an office environment.
Must sit or stand to work at a computer, read and type for long periods of time.

Pay Range:
This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI's government contract for the work location.
Since the position can be worked in more than one location, the rate shown is the Minimum Wage for Federal Contractors. The actual rate will be based on contract, location and job classification.
