Description
In this role, you will: - Drive resolution of customer issues regarding contracts, order placement and fulfillment, accounts receivable and the Education online store. - Build relationships with cross-functional teams, manage and drive issues to resolution in a timely manner and provide consistent communication with customers and the sales teams. - Contribute to the continuing development of the Customer Success team by offering timely feedback and solutions that define, develop, and resolve business issues impacting sales. - Collaborates to support business processes in a manner which minimizes disruption, creates efficiencies and maintains operating flexibility. - Be a subject matter expert for our business processes and market requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a pre-sales, sales support, administration, or similar function
Experience working directly with customers and sales teams, understanding common sales terms and methodologies
Passion for education, Apple technology, and the customer experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Key Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
Background in program, project, or process management is desired
Experience in technology, education, or related industry is preferred
MacOS and Salesforce experience is desired
Working knowledge of Apple products is a plus
Strong business acumen, analytical and problem solving skills, and attention to detail
Outstanding customer focus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong relationship building and collaboration skills; Ability to build effective relationships and partnerships with cross-functional teams
Creativity and self motivation with the ability to cut through ambiguity and thrive independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
