Fixed Operations Co ordinator Job Description
Reporting to a n A rea or Fixed Operations Manager , Fixed Operations Coor dinator pos ition is responsible for supporting and facilitating the delivery of D W services at an assigned fixed site location . Primary duties include prioritizing and tracking vehicle flow , completing accurate invoices , supporting supplies management , and ensuring repa ir quality .
Ope rations
Support and facilitate processes to maximize facility c apacity.
Kee p team informed as to daily priorities and expectations .
Ensure team has ample supplies and pro per equipment to deliver tim el y and quality repairs.
C onduct quality control checks to ensure repair s meet /exceed standards.
Manage all supplies and controlling waste while keeping sufficient stock .
Communicate with manager as to any pertinent situation / opportunity and help create a plan to address .
Support compliance requirements to ensure a workplace clean a nd safe working environment.
People
Create a positi ve, productive working environment co nsistent with Dent Wizard ' s Core Values.
Work with technicians to create a team-oriented working environment where everyone s upports DW ' s obj ectives.
Work with manager to ensure proper staffing levels to meet customer demand .
Facilitate n ew hire o n-boarding to ensure smooth transition into the te am and organization.
Customer Rel ations
Build effective cus tomer relationship s to maximi ze revenue, exp and services and create a part nership .
Proactiv e l y ad d r ess quality , cycle time a nd/ or other customer concerns .
Promote DW's reconditioning services and people a positive , professional manner .
P rovide repair estimates as requ ested .
Administrative
Prioritize , manage , and track veh icle work flow for location .
Man age parts ordering and receipt and e nsure actual parts are deli vered .
Ensure invoic es tie to Repair / W ork Orders and secure P O s .
Suppo rt supplies ordering and inventory maintenance.
Quality check all finished repairs to ensu re stan dards are met/ e x ceeded.
Q ualifications
O utstanding c ommunication skills and exceptional attention to detail .
Excellent time-management skills .
P aint, body shop, PDR or reconditioning skills a plus .
Demonstrated ability to create and/or implement processes.
Strong organizational and planning skills .
