We are seeking a Senior Information Assurance Life Cycle Manager to join our team of passionate individuals in Linthicum, Maryland. In this role you will support challenging, mission-critical projects that make a direct impact on the nation's security and intelligence mission. As the IALCM on a dynamic team, you will provide management support, strategic planning, process improvement and oversight for IT security and IA Program Management Office (PMO).
Responsibilities:
Oversees the efforts of engineering staff to design, develop, engineer and implement solutions to security requirements
Supports the Government in the implementation and development of the customer IT security services
Analyzes user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements
Gathers and organizes technical information about an organization's mission goals and needs, existing security products, and ongoing programs in the MLS arena
Performs requirements gathering and analysis of those requirements
Performs functional analysis to identify required tasks and their interrelationships. Performs functional allocation and identifies resources required for each task
Performs risk analyses that also include risk assessment
Supports the Government n planning, coordinating, and overseeing the implementation of the organization's information security services
Provides support for facilitating and identifying current security infrastructure and define future programs, design and implementation of security related to IT systems
Works with engineers on systems integration
Assists the Government Program Managers of specific programs with the management, administrative and technical oversight of the specific program portfolio
Maintains knowledge of all work in progress under the specific Program and is capable of discussing items or issues for the Program

Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is required
Five years experience pertaining to systems Engineering, Scheduling and Risk Management
Five years experience managing projects and project plans
A Bachelors Degree in a related field of study may be substituted for four years of experience
Familiarity with Change management functions
Working knowledge of several of the following areas: understanding of business security practices and procedures; current security tools available; hardware/software security implementation; different communication protocols; encryption techniques/tools; familiarity with commercial IA products and current internet/EC technology
Knowledge and experience in requirements analysis and system integration
