As the Senior Director of Sales, you'll work with Kisco's top leadership teams while leading 3 associates within a community. This position will be tasked with generating leads, tracking sales processes and developing relationships with the staff and residents at our community.

What will I do every day?
Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department
Supervise the activities of the Sales team to achieve the desired results
Conduct 1 on 1 meetings, team meetings, feedback and coaching sessions for sales team
Serve as an active member of the sales team to drive sales numbers with individual sales goals
Work with the home office and Executive Director to develop and implement a rolling 90-day Sales and Marketing Plan
Meet or exceed pre-lease goals for development project
Act as primary point of contact for Marketing Agency
Meet or exceed weekly company/community sales standards
Respond to telephone inquiries, remotely and in real time where possible, and conducts walk-in and scheduled tours with prospective residents or interested parties
Develop and maintains relationships with any and all potential referral sources and conducts on-going outside sales or business development activities
Qualify prospective residents, effectively matching our services to their needs
Research and maintains current information on local competition and new services
Accurately tracks move-ins, move-outs and quantity vs. quality of referral activity
Assist the Executive Director in ensuring that the community, including all available apartments, model apartments, common areas and grounds are staged, marketable and presentable
What will I need to be successful in this role?
Be a progressive and creative thinker
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field from an accredited college or university is preferred.
A minimum of five years sales experience, preferably in the service or retirement industry or medical or pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads is required.
Proven track record of success in sales
Proven track record of leading a team
Successful sales experience preferably including strong business development.
Senior living or healthcare experience a plus - but can also be in other relationship-driven industries.
Must possess valid driver's license
