CACI is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in support of the Navy Enterprise Support Information Technology/Chief Information Officer (ES IT/CIO) Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Team.
What You'll Get to Do:
Responsible for facilitating the process to collect and define client requirements. Provides advice and recommendations on process best practices. Performs analysis on business or systems processes to identify improvements. Works with clients to understand and define needs and develop and recommend solutions. Interacts and communicates with end-users, management, vendors, and IT personnel. Produces functional design specifications based on user requirements. Maintains deep knowledge of Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, and Momentum). Performs configuration and designs functional solutions (e.g., reports, interfaces, workflows, and extensions) for specific application and third-party systems.
Implements and executes on technical initiatives and solutions. Responsible for making adjustments or recommended enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area.
Acts as liaison between end-user communities, stakeholders, and service providers within an enterprise.
Interviews personnel from functional user area under study to learn general purpose of systems and information requirements of positions involved in the data flow.
Analyzes business and user needs, documents requirements, and revises existing system logic difficulties as necessary.

Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

A high degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, business, law, engineering, social sciences, physical/applied sciences or management discipline such as business administration, accounting, finance, economics or management information technology and a minimum of 6 years of work experience in Data Analysis, Business Process Reengineering, Statistical Analysis, or Content Management.
Requires active SECRET Clearance
Must have an understanding and ability to apply standards, principles, theories, and technical concepts and knowledge of Navy Personnel data and business rules.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$65,000 - $136,500
