Description
SAIC is seeking a dedicated Program Analyst/Executive Technical Assistant in Chantilly, VA to provide support to a joint System Program Office (SPO) supporting the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and Department of Defense (DoD) within the NRO's Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED). The successful candidate will be part of a SETA team and report directly to the SPO Director and Deputy Director.
SPECIFIC DUTIES ARE VARIED AND COMPLEX AND INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
. Answers phones for executive staff
. Schedules meetings, events and travel plans for the SPO Director, Deputy Director, SPO Division Chiefs and Branch Chiefs
. Prepares briefing books for meetings
. Works with immediate front office staff on ensuring scheduling actions are addressed in a timely and appropriate manner.
. Coordinates with other offices to deconflict schedules, meetings, and appointments
. Answers phone calls; escorts non-cleared personnel in the office; and maintains files
. Makes copies, scans documents, produces files and maintains basic office functions
. Works with the NGA/Chief Information Officer and Information Technology Services to ensure NGA leadership is kept apprised of ISPO initiatives
. Maintains SPO record systems
. Collaborates with NGA and NRO corporate tasking processes to ensure necessary status, coordination, and follow-through is made with the respective organizations
. Leads IT initiatives, primarily with NGA to improve efficiency of ISPO personnel with both parent agencies
. Establishes NGANet accounts and access for all ISPO personnel; including government and contractor personnel
. Serves as backup for the ISPO Chief of Staff
. This position requires close interaction with executive leadership within the GED, the DoD and across the IC community, including the highest leadership across external stakeholder components and industry partners to achieve organizational mission goals and outcomes.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors and six (6) years or more experience; Masters and four (4) years or more experience; or PhD or JD
- Must be a US Citizen with active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
- Previous experience working within NRO or NGA environment
- Experience interacting with high-ranking officials across the IC
- Working knowledge of national and interagency policy
- Working knowledge of IC principles and procedures
- The ability to work proactively, independently, and/or as a member of a highly effective team
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient with DTS
- Ability to provide on-site support in a high tempo office Monday through Friday (no opportunity for remote work)
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience with joint-program SPOs
- Previous experience working in Agile environments utilizing Jira and Confluence
