Our Sales Development Representative Internship Program gives college students a chance to learn about an exciting and rewarding career at T-Mobile for Business. This program focuses on building Telecom Industry Experience, Business Acumen and Communication, Product Knowledge, and Sales Skills and Professional Competencies.
We are looking to hire our future superstar Sales Development Representatives to continue to build a culture of promoting from within through our SDR Program. This internship will give you exposure to what it's all about!
During the internship you will make immediate contributions to the Sales Development organization by:
Creating new leads for Midmarket business segment via web browsing, referrals, and calling campaigns
Researching perspective clients by staying on top of internal customer research tools
Supporting the Sales Development Organization with daily tasks and learning more about T-Mobile
Working on ad hoc projects for various departments within the Sales Development organization
Demonstrating positive and cooperative behavior with customers and coworkers. Demonstrates personal leadership in consistently maintaining high standards for ethical and professional conduct
What you'll do in your role.
What we need from you:
Incoming junior or senior with minimum 3.0 GPA - Business background is a plus.
40 hours per week. (Assuming we do full-time positions?)
Intelligent, motivated, and competitive
Well-rounded individual with varied interests and experience
Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (outgoing and personable)
Thrive on working in a fast-paced environment
Strong work and/or extracurricular experience
Effective when working independently and in team environments and is receptive to constructive feedback
Balance business acumen and sound judgement to solve complex problems with a commonsense approach
Desire to work in tech industry with a fortune 500 company

High School Diploma or GED
Must be actively enrolled in University/College course credits. GAP year students are ineligible.

T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law.
