Know-How Systems is looking for R efinish Paint T echnicians with the ability to rectify p a int issues on automobiles. A strong background automotive refinish repair technique and refinish products is required. This position will require travel to job sites across the United States and is year-round employment . Training on K HS process and additional job duties will be provided.
Primary Responsibilities
As a Refinish Specialist , you will:
Interact with customers on a daily basis
Inspect and determine paint rectification needs on a job-by-job basis
Wet sand and buff vehicles
Prep and paint vehicles
Color match paint
Perform quality control to achieve OEM finish
Requirements
3 to 5 Years' experience painting vehicles
High school diploma or equivalent
High school diploma or equivalent
Clean Driving Record
Ability to work projects for extended periods of time
Ability to travel within 24-hour timeframe
Great attitude
Ability to work independently
Ability to provide high quality paint finishes
