THE ROLE:
In this role you'll be tasked with developing strategic marketing concepts and writing/developing inspiring client proposals while working in a fun and dynamic environment with a group of forward-thinking individuals. You'll work to support our business and partnership development as part of our artist services team.
Responsibilities:
Develop engaging and creative marketing presentations in partnership with tour marketing and creative teams to leverage the latest in live event experiential, digital/mobile media, social engagement, and content
Compose clear, concise and visually engaging marketing proposals
Draft copy for presentations
Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative research on artist fans, consumer behavior, marketing and cultural trends, and specific industry/client businesses to enhance presentation
Lead internal brainstorming sessions for prospective clients in collaboration with LN Concerts creative, tour/regional marketing, and booking and talent teams
Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders to confirm feasibility and pricing for all program elements of ideas/proposals
Develop detailed budgets for proposed marketing programs
Manage the marketing presentation coordinator and ensure they have the guidance to support artist services goals and objectives
Qualifications:
5-7 years experience in advertising, marketing, cross-platform media or consumer promotions
Highly creative thinking and storyteller - ability to challenge the status quo and think outside the box
Excellent writing, communication, organization and project management skills
Highly effective at managing multiple deadlines and prioritizing tasks
Extremely resourceful and works well within team environment
Flexible, fast learner with a high degree of self-initiative
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or a related field
Ability to recognize and define problems, collect information, establish facts and implement innovative solutions.
Experience with digital asset management systems and workflows
Fluency using G-Suite, Microsoft Office / Apple products, especially PowerPoint and Excel, Keynote
Experience using Adobe design software
Experience with online research tools Tableau, Chartmetric, etc.
