Our Accessibility team offers communication products and services to reduce or eliminate communication barriers for customers who are Deaf, Blind, have a hearing or vision loss, and cognitive, speech or mobility needs that require additional assistance. With Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) the Relay Communications Specialist serves as a link for the callers, relaying the call back and forth between the parties by speaking what a text user types, and typing what a voice telephone user speaks.

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law. The CDC currently defines -fully vaccinated- as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson.
