Job Description:
Under general supervision, assists in the implementation, development and administration of Essentia Health's talent acquisition strategy. Responsible for sourcing, attracting, recruiting, and screening qualified applicants. Conducts exit interviews for candidates declining offers and provides feedback to unsuccessful candidates. May evaluate candidates and consult leaders on candidate selection. Builds relationships with organizational leadership to ensure successful implementation of the talent acquisition strategy aligns with department and organizational staffing goals. In partnership with marketing, assists in creating a marketing approach for identified positions or departments to resolve staffing challenges, including representing the organization at career fairs. Participates in or may lead projects or project teams while representing the talent acquisition department. Provides support and expertise on the entire talent acquisition process, including advising on staffing policies and procedures, developing an ongoing pool of qualified candidates, posting and applicant screening or interviewing, documentation and post-hiring activities, and establishing working relationships with internal and external contacts. Work Experience: Two years experience in Human Resources or related field required.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required with a preference in human resources, business management, or related field.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
No certification/licensure required.
