CACI seeks a Lead System Integrator to join our Advanced Solutions Group, within the National Security and Innovative Solutions Sector on the Remote Modular Terminal (RMT) team. What You'll Get to Do:
In this role, you will report directly to the RMT Program Manager and you will be expected to perform as a leader providing deep technical contributions as well as filling the role of a manager. You will be expected to develop and enable collaborative processes between the different disciplines in EMT, the Program and Product Operations department, the Global Mission Operations department, and the Chief Engineer to assign Engineers to teams in line with the program priorities. Additionally, there will be some hiring and capture/proposal responsibilities.
As a hands-on Systems Integrator/System Engineer, you will lead talented systems engineers in the development and delivery of tactical solutions across the RMT Family of Systems
Maintain resource loaded schedules and identify risks and mitigations
Derive requirements through interactions with the project, program, and product teams
Collaborate with cross discipline teams of engineers to ensure designs are satisfying requirements, making trades when necessary
Coordinate development of test procedures for verification and validation of new solutions
Support demonstrations/briefings as required
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering related discipline and 10+ years of related experience, or Master's degree and 8+ years, in systems engineering, integration and test
Experience with requirements generation and tracking tools
Experience with RF system design
Experience generating and executing detailed test procedures for verification and validation of system requirements
Understanding and implementation of standardized testing (i.e. MIL-STD-xxx) for product qualification
Experience integrating heterogenous subsystems together into full product solutions
Proven track record coordinating and delivering antenna systems
Experience with antenna system /component design and development
Understanding of engineering at all phases of a product lifecycle
Exposure to provisioning and obtaining system security authorizations for products to operate on various networks
Exposure to Agile development and deployment process
Experience with antenna system deployment, installation, sustainment, maintenance and operation
Exposure with software architecture concepts, testing and deployment
Understanding of unit test and Dev(Sec)Ops pipeline tools for automation
Experience with Linux systems
Experience with MS Project and MS Excel
Leadership
Demonstrated proficiency in written and oral communication skills contributing to technical and analytical briefs, reports, whitepapers, and proposals
Demonstrated responsibility and accountability in leading teams of individuals towards highly visible technical solutions
Strong technical leadership with ability to mentor and interface with individuals of various technical background and levels of expertise
Skilled at working collaboratively in complex cross-team/contract/Government organization environment
Active TS/SCI clearance
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Security+ or CISSP
Experience in testing of DoD systems
Experience with telemetry systems
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience or certification
Lean Six Sigma (LSS) experience or certification
Experience with agile workflow tools (e.g. Atlassian family)

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$119,800 - $263,600
