The Well-Being and Recognition Specialist plays a key role in developing and implementing strategies and programs that foster a positive colleague experience. This position will work closely with a range of stakeholders to ensure they are elevating our mission and creating a positive culture, specifically supporting Total Rewards and The Office of Well-Being. This individual will assist with day-to-day operations of employee wellness, recognition, and retention efforts, including vendor relationships, direct employee contact, program marketing, communications, evaluation and support of the annual strategic plan initiatives. Key Responsibilities: -Contributes to the development, promotion and coordination of employee well-being initiatives, such as recognition, onboarding, and retention efforts. -Partners closely with key Human Resources stakeholders, as well as collaborative partners to support program management.-Utilizes internal platforms to pull reports, analyze program engagement, and write communications.-Updates internal SharePoint sites. -Coordinates communications and logistics for employee offerings, programs and events.-Interacts directly with employees including facilitation of department level presentations. In-person presentations may be required. -Participates as a committee member for internal champion network.-Monitor and respond to employee inquires/questions and triages to appropriate stakeholders-Assist with documentation such as reports, data entry, program engagement monitoring, etc. -Stay updated on industry trends and seek organizational recognition opportunities. -Assists with planning and supporting recognition events. Required Qualifications -Minimum of 3 years of worksite wellness or related human resources experience. -Bachelor's degree in health promotion, human resources or related field. -Excellent team-building skills with the capability to thrive working with a diverse set of stakeholders.-Strong written and verbal communication and marketing skills.-Exceptional attention to detail.-Strong copy-editing capability.-Facilitation and presentation skills. -Ability to successfully work independently and effectively prioritize work-Ability to be flexible, organized, and detailed-oriented. -Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and data analysis. -Project management experience.-Problem solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in health promotion, or related field required.
