The Opportunity:
DEA's Office of Administration needs a contractor to support their business operations section. This position will be coordinating with a wide group of other teams and bridging different operational groups.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for providing system administration functions, which includes but are not limited to the following:
Coordinate with sections within, and outside of the Office of Administration to document system/automation requirements and needs.
Assist with formulating system look, design, and workflows based on gathered requirements.
Take system requirements to developer and assist with formulating system looks, design, and workflows.
Perform system testing, to include documentation of testing scrips, pass/fail, and working directly with developer or areas of need identified in testing.
Perform regression testing, same steps as above.
Conduct training when needed and reporting.
Develop and maintain a variety of policy/system documentation, memorandums and guidance that are needed to address Financial Acquisition system application issues, process changes, and enhancements
Assist Business Operations Section Chief with IT and system related goals, such as analyzing current business processes and identifying possible areas of automation.
May require travel to review system functions for other offices or outside agencies to develop and design internal systems with similar functionality but to meet Office of Administration business related needs.
Troubleshoot system issues, provide guidance to system subject matter experts, and make recommendations to developers based upon identified issues.

Qualifications:
Required:
BA/BS or equivalent (Equivalent Related Work Experience: 6 years)
5 years of experience related to position responsibilities
Experience with government financial or accounting systems and processes
Desired:
Momentum experience highly desired Multi-tasking skills

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$66,100 - $135,600
