Reporting to Director of Supply Chain Operations you be the face of the Corp Supply Chain team, to the individual Programs and the CACI Capture team. As the primary support for proposals. In this role you will have a seat at the table when the company makes commitments relative to supply chain support and most importantly you will be the point of the spear when the Costs are rolled up Using the specific BOM's.
Coordinate and review the formulation and finalization of contracts and subcontracts as required in coordination with Management. Ensure compliance of regulations, policies, and procedures. Research and prepare analysis as required. Provide all forms of contract related support, including negotiations and financial support, contract award. Serve as the business adviser for all Supply Chain related acquisition, financial and contract related Program needs.
More About the Role:
A working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR).
A working knowledge of contracts security requirements.
A working knowledge of the various types of contracts, including Cost Reimbursable, Firm Fixed Price and Time and Materials types.
A knowledge to Costs Accounting Standards (CAS), pricing and project cost control.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the company organization as well as other Industry and Government Representatives.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, specifically MS Word, MS Power Point and MS Excel.
Formal contracts training through NCMA or other accredited institution is a plus.
Experience working with proposals and contracts at different classification levels is a plus.
Some additional detail relative to day-to-day activities.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Purchasing, Operations Management, Engineering, General Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related field.
Experience within a Program Management environment.
Strong skills and negotiation skills with the ability to influence applicable stakeholders.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
Experience working with Bills of Materials and Cost's.
Manufacturing background and Exposure.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is a plus.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$67,100-$141,000
