The PSC Regional manager II leads the cultural integration of the acquisition groups, infuses LabCorp best practices for patient care, productivity, and client services. Develop and execute plan to ensure employee and patient experiences are aligned to the LabCorp brand. Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to problem solve and fully integrate the new business into the subdivision. Mentors and develops people leaders. Supervises the activities of 300 or more patient service technicians and oversees the operations of 50 or more patient service centers within an assigned region.
Job Duties:
Provides leadership and addresses challenges stemming from rapid growth through acquisitions.
Interrelates with laboratory director, department managers, and branch managers to ensure the optimal operation of the patient services department.
Ensures that all policies and procedures are updated and implemented in each region in compliance with state and federal regulations and company mandates.
Provides orientation, training, and performance evaluation of all patient services supervisors.
Ensures regular and timely completion of periodic financial analyses for all patient service technician positions and patientservice centers.
Ensures regular and timely completion of periodic inspections of patient service centers and patient service technicians.

Location: On-site Portland, OR. Travel required, as needed to oversee locations within assigned territory, Division-wide projects may also require travel.
Shift: Monday - Friday hours are typically from 8 to 5 but will vary
Education and Experience Required :
Requires a valid personnel license or certification if such license or certification is required by Federal, State or Local laws.
Valid Driver's License along with a clean driving record.
Minimum 5 years experience as a LabCorp manager.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred with 7 or more years of LabCorp experience in related field.
