Job Description

Description: Performs duties as the Electronic Warfare (EW)/ SIGNIT/Cyber Life Cycle Sustainment Manager (LCSM). Works closely with Customers, Government personnel, Suppliers, Purchasing, and other Lockheed Martin (LM) functional departments to establish, facilitate and coordinate sustainment support for the Customer's portfolio. Coordinates and implements various elements of LCSM actions implemented through the Supply Support Activity for equipment initial issue, spares, repairs, parts, kitting, contracts and disposal utilizing a Government automation system. Develops recommendations for stock, tracks and reports usage, analyzes and recommends adjustments. Provides day to day guidance and training to team, oversees entire EW/SIGNIT/Cyber operations as the SME and directly impacts the success of the program. Prepares and presents briefings, prepares budgets and tracks costs, prepares subcontractor Statements of Work, monitors subcontractor performance and travels to various locations. Evaluates, analyzes and provides recommendations to continually improvement the program.

Basic Qualifications:

- Must be familiar with the elements of Life Cycle Sustainment Management

- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

- Must be able to take direction from multiple sources

- Must be flexible, able to multitask and detail oriented

- Must be able to prepare and present briefings to small and large groups

- Must be able to track costs and analyze trends

- Must be able to work with a team

- Must be able to travel, approximately 25% of the time

Desired Skills:

- Previous LCSM experience

- Previous Military experience

- Previous EW technical experience

- Previous SIGNIT technical experience

- Previous Cyber technical experience

- Previous logistical experience

- Previous leadership experience

- Familiar with military documentation (DD1149, DD1348, DA2404, DA2407 and DA3161)

- Proficient with MS Office Excel, Power Point and Word

- Familiar with preparing budgets

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
