Job Description:
Seeking a Home Health Aide to serve in the Fargo area. This healthcare professional works 8 am to 5 pm, four days per week. There are no weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements. CNA and/or HHA certifications are desirable but not required. As a team member, will provide personal care services to the residents and provide related tasks in accordance with a plan of care as assigned and supervised by a Registered Nurse. Responsible to care for the resident's personal hygiene, promote a safe, healthy environment and to support the mission and goals of the Benedictine Sisters Benevolent Association.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 3 months from date of hire.
Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license as verified through appropriate licensing agency.
Proof of current motor vehicle insurance.
1 year Home Health Aide experience or certified as a Nursing Assistant.
Previous hospital, nursing home or home health experience.

The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
