Job Description:
Manages projects of various size, scope, and duration to ensure successful delivery of the project. Successfully employs project management discipline to initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control Information Systems project activities, to ensure that goals or objectives are accomplished within prescribed timeframe and funding parameters. Assists with defining project strategies which are consistent with Essentia strategy, Policies & Procedures, mission, vision and goals. Evaluates completed projects in comparison to cost/time projections and conducts Lessons Learned process in order to identify opportunities for improvement. Provides project management expertise and facilitation support to project team members.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in information services, business, healthcare or related field and project support and lead work experience.
OR
Associates degree and 2 years project support and lead experience in information services , business, or healthcare related field.

Pay Range
$61734 - $92602 / year
The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
