This Catering Sales Manager is a key member of our restaurants off-premise initiatives team. They embody our mission of -Pleasing People- by providing exceptional catering guest experiences. Through a strategic approach, they will be responsible in building and maintaining new business generated, through their direct sales efforts, events, and networking. The Catering Sales Manager also is responsible for building strong business relationships with internal and external partners.

a.Develop targeted sales plans each month to achieve catering sales goals with leadership. b.Produce new business through marketing tactics/activities with local business, planning groupsand associations while maintaining a professional relationship with existing accounts.
c. Build Guest relationships through phone communication, personal visits and communityinvolvement.
d.Enter and maintain accurate information in Salesforce (CRM). Support management teams inarea / market to plan and execute Catering events.
e.Keep up to date on catering menu offerings, systems, and processes. f. Work closely with District Manager to plan and review Off -Premise planning. g.Work with Marketing Department to obtain business opportunities and support market initiativesand events.
h.Always represent themselves with the highest level of integrity and professionalism.stores on execution processes and procedures while reinforcing training materials to improve OffPremise.
Attend General Manager meetings to present off-premise area results and updates.
Support Off-Premise training at the store level.
Experience and Education
-High school diploma and 2 years' restaurant operations experience; or equivalent combination of
education and experience. College classes or degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
but not required. Restaurant catering sales experience is a plus.
Knowledge and Skills
-Candidate to currently reside in the state of Georgia preferred.
-Must have valid driver's license and maintain passing MVR checks.
-In-dept knowledge of restaurant operations and / or food and beverage sales.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively meet all deadlines.
-Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends depending on restaurant and market needs.
-Excellent team-building and motivational skills to be applied through leadership to build strong
relationships with Guest and staff.
-Excellent social intelligence and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and can quickly adapt to CRM software.
