Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Marketing Specialist to join our TEAM! As the Marketing Specialist, we need someone who is ready to provide a variety of support such as assists managers with planning for various initiatives while executing plans on time and on budget.
Primary Objective
The Marketing Specialist II Marketing Services supports the production and execution of merchandising and sample tools with emphasis on the Loose Tile programs.
Major Function and Scope
Assists managers with planning for various initiatives; executes plans on time and on budget
Ensures existing sample production vendors are priced appropriately for the market
Fulfills requests for samples inventory from program managers
Follows project timelines with sourced vendors to ensure the timely launch of programs
Ensures all merchandising tools meet Dal-Tile quality standards
Performs other related duties as required
Experience and Knowledge Required
Undergraduate degree in business, supply chain or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of project management, knowledge of project management techniques and tools, and proficiency in project management software, SAP, MS Office (Excel, Access and Word)
Knowledge of flooring and countertop industry a plus
1+ years of work experience in marketing supporting product launches
