The Essentia Primary Care Physician works as a leader of a Care Team. Utilizing Essentia Care Processes, the physician works collaboratively with other health care team members to achieve patient care objectives and to provide continuity of care for patients and families.
PRACTICE SPECIFICS
Our ideal candidate would be a physician leader, comfortable in a rural environment.
Work with a team of, what will be, 2 MD's and 1 APP.
Team atmosphere allows for teaching, learning and growth
Flexible clinic day and 4 day work week!
Busy clinic practice; 16-22 patients/day
Clinic layout allows for strong communication between team members
Outpatient only with 1:26 telephone call, as part of the larger Brainerd Lakes Team
OB, Ortho and Podiatry outreaches to this clinic
Physical Therapy, Lab and X-Ray, all on-site
