Job Description:
Seeking an intake coordinator for orthotics and prosthetics in Fargo. This professional works 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. There are no weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements. This Intake Coordinator is responsible for the Orthotics and Prosthetics (O&P) business aspects of arranging care with regard to insurance verification, coverage limits and identifying and qualifying medical documentation requirements as applicable. Instruct customers on payer coverage criteria. Coordinate retail sales for walk in customers. Responsible for heavy telephone volume and personal contact with the public through answering and referring incoming calls. Instruct customers of all ages on the safe and proper use of home medical equipment and supplies along with related home safety, infection control, and emergency preparedness issues. Schedule delivery and pick up of medical equipment and supplies.

The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
